Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif destiné au formage de boîtes (2) obtenues d'une plaque estampée et plate convertie en plateau pourvu de renforts (7-12) au niveau de ses coins. Le dispositif incorpore, en correspondance avec chaque guide vertical fixe (1), pour la déformation de la plaque de carton, un dispositif de pliage basculant latéral (10) agissant horizontalement, en passant au-dessus des parties d'extrémité (5'), sur le secteur terminal (12) des renforts et rabattant celui-ci sur le secteur initial (7) des renforts, tandis qu'une tête basculante (13), montée près de chacune des parties d'extrémité (5) et à l'extérieur de celles-ci, bascule vers l'intérieur de la boîte une fois que celle-ci a été formée et au moyen d'une paire de cylindres contraposés (14), agit avec les éléments de compression correspondants (15) sur les renforts (12-7), stabilisant ceux-ci au niveau de la partie latérale interne de la joue correspondante (5'). On accélère ainsi et de manière considérable le processus de construction de la boîte.
