Abstract

L'invention concerne un papier haute sécurité selon lequel le ou les éléments de sécurité sont intégrés dans ce dernier pendant son procédé de fabrication au moyen d'un film polymère utilisé en tant qu'élément porteur pour lesdits éléments de sécurité. Selon l'invention, les éléments de sécurité sont disposés au niveau d'emplacements précis dans le papier de sécurité utilisé dans des applications diverses, par exemple pour des billets de banque, des passeports, des visas, des documents de sécurité, etc. Le film polymère peut être un film soluble dans de l'eau froide, un film soluble dans de l'eau chaude, un film hydrophile insoluble dans l'eau, un film non hydrophile non soluble ou une combinaison de ces films ou de bandelettes de ceux-ci, tissées ou entrelacées de manière autonome et incorporées dans le papier pendant son procédé de fabrication. En variante, le film polymère peut être obtenu par revêtement de zone, impression discrète, coloration par extrusion de zone, ou par formation d'un film soluble dans de l'eau chaude sur un film soluble dans de l'eau froide préformé qui est ensuite inséré dans le papier pendant son procédé de fabrication. La combinaison de films polymères peut être pleine, ou partiellement ou entièrement perforée. Les éléments de sécurité peuvent être lisibles par une source lumineuse et/ou par une machine.
