The present invention relates to a window lifter for motor vehicles, in particular a cross arm window lifter, with at least one lifting rail for fastening and raising or lowering a window sheath and at least one sliding element which is guided on the lifting rail and is articulated by a lifting arm of the window lifter assigned to the sliding element . Furthermore, the present invention relates to a door module carrier with such a window lifter.
HINTERGRUND DER ERFINDUNGBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
A window regulator of the aforementioned type is known from DE 202 20 203 Ul of the applicant. There are detachable and / or breakable fastening means that hold the sliding element in a predetermined position on a door module carrier until the fastening means are released and / or broken open, which is done during assembly, for example, by actuating the window lifter or when fastening the window pane to the lifting rail can.
However, the fasteners do not always break in a reproducible manner, which makes reliable assembly difficult. Furthermore, the fastening means can lead to undesired noises, for example rubbing or rattling noises, during operation of the window lifter. The fastening means also determine a delivery position of the window lifter, in which the lifting arms of the window lifter enclose a predetermined angle with one another. Finally, an additional fixation of the lifting rail in the intended longitudinal direction of the vehicle may be necessary.
ZUSAMMENFASSUNG DER ERFINDUNGSUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide a window lifter of the aforementioned type which can be installed and operated more easily and reliably. A door module carrier with such a window lifter is also to be provided. These and other objects are achieved according to the present invention by a window lifter with the features according to claim 1 and by a door module carrier with the features according to claim 11. Further advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent subclaims.
Thus, the present invention is based on a window lifter for motor vehicles, with at least one lifting rail for attaching and lifting or lowering a window pane and with at least one sliding element which is guided on the lifting rail and is articulated by a lifting arm of the window lifter assigned to the sliding element. According to the invention, the lifting rail has a profile which extends along the lower edge of the window pane at least over a travel path of the lifting arms and interacts positively with the respective sliding element.
The travel path is defined by those sections over which the lifting arms or the associated sliding elements are moved between a completely raised and completely lowered position of the window pane when the window lifter is adjusted. According to the invention, the profile thus extends at least in sections along the lower edge of the window pane, preferably symmetrically with respect to a central perpendicular to the lifting rail or the lower edge of the window pane. The profile expediently extends essentially along the entire lower edge of the window pane. This ensures according to the invention that the respective sliding element positively engages in the profile of the lifting rail in any position of the window lifter. Therefore, the window pane can be mounted according to the invention in any position of the window regulator between the fully raised and lowered position of the window pane or lifting rail. Additional releasable fastening means or provided with predetermined breaking points are therefore not necessary according to the invention. It is advantageous that the window lifter according to the invention can thus be delivered in any delivery position. This facilitates the adaptation of the window lifter according to the invention to different types of vehicles. The assembly is also made considerably easier according to the invention, since the window lifter can easily be brought into an optimal installation position for the respective vehicle type and the window pane can be installed in this position. According to the invention, this also makes additional mounting holes for mounting the window pane in the predetermined delivery position of the window lifter unnecessary. Since, according to the invention, fastening means for temporarily fixing the delivery position of the window lifter are not required, residues of such fastening means according to the invention can no longer lead to undesirable noise generation or even increased wear of the window lifter. The positive connection between the respective sliding element and the profile of the lifting rail is expediently brought about by forming a suitable undercut in the intended window pull-off direction, in particular in that the lifting rail or the sliding element has a positive locking element that is in a plane that is perpendicular to the intended longitudinal direction of the vehicle and in which is the disc withdrawal direction, is suitably profiled, that is to say has a projection and / or a depression, and which interacts positively with the profile of the sliding element or the lifting rail which corresponds to the form-locking element. By means of such a positive connection, the sliding element and the lifting rail are secured relative to one another in the window pull-off direction, that is to say the sliding element cannot be undesirably removed from the lifting rail. The form fit is designed at least for the window pulling forces that are normally used in normal operation.
An advantageously simple assembly of the window pane is possible if the sliding element is provided below the lifting rail in the window pull-off direction, since the window pane can then be inserted and fastened unhindered from above into window pane receptacles of the window lifter or lifting rail. The sliding element expediently encompasses the profile of the lifting rail in such a positive manner that the window pane can be attached to the lifting rail from above without hindrance.
For a particularly easy and reliable operation of the window lifter, the sliding element and / or the profile of the lifting rail can consist of a plastic or at least surfaces of the sliding element and / or the profile which are in contact with one another can be provided with a sliding coating, for example made of a plastic. The material pairing metal / plastic or plastic / plastic has proven to be particularly advantageous for reducing friction.
According to a further embodiment, the respective sliding element is pivotally mounted on a free end of the associated lifting arm, which enables the sliding element to be optimally guided on the profile of the lifting rail.
According to a further embodiment, the lifting rail further has at least two clamping elements for clamping the window pane, which are designed so that the window pane is inserted from above into a window pane receptacle of the clamping elements and thereby clamped. It is advantageous that additional fastening elements for fastening the pane to the lifting rail, for example screws or form-fitting elements, are not required. This saves costs not only in the manufacture of the window lifter, but also in the installation of the window pane additional assembly steps, for example for tightening screws or the like, can be omitted. The clamping elements are expediently provided on the top of the lifting rail for unimpeded installation of the window pane. In any case, the clamping elements are arranged so that in any angular position of the lifting arms of the window lifter between the fully raised and lowered position of the window pane, the respective sliding element can positively engage in the profile of the lifting rail. For this purpose, the clamping elements can in principle also be arranged outside the region of the lifting rail corresponding to the travel path of the lifting arms.
According to a further embodiment, the clamping elements are provided symmetrically with respect to a central perpendicular of the lifting rail or a pivot axis of the lifting arms, so that no undesired tilting moments can occur about an axis corresponding to the intended vehicle longitudinal axis when the window pane is installed.
The clamping effect exerted by the clamping elements expediently increases the further the window pane is inserted into the window pane holder until finally a maximum clamping force is reached or the lower edge of the window pane comes into contact with the bottom of the window pane holder, which is due, for example, to the wedge-shaped design of the window pane holder or through a suitable movement of the clamping elements when inserting the window pane into the respective window pane holder of the clamping elements can be realized. In any case, the maximum clamping force is expediently greater than the intended maximum window pulling forces of the window lifter. It is advantageous that additional assembly tools for fastening the window pane to the lifting rail are not required according to the invention.
According to a further embodiment, the clamping elements are rigidly connected to the lifting rail. This opens up the possibility of providing corresponding clamping areas on the lower edge of the window pane, which, for example, are designed to correspond to the clamping elements to increase the clamping effect and / or have a friction-increasing coating.
AUSFÜHRLICHE BESCHREIBUNG VON BEVORZUGTENDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED
The cross-arm window lifter, designated as a whole by 1, is shown in accordance with FIG. 1 in a drawing plane which is spanned by the intended vehicle longitudinal axis (horizontal) and window removal direction (vertical). The cross arm window lifter 1 comprises a drive arm 2 and a guide arm 3 as the lifting arms. The drive arm 2 can be pivoted about a pivot axis 5 (see FIG. 2) on a bearing region 4 which is shaped like a pot and on a bearing part of the door or vehicle body connected base plate 9 stored. The first drive arm end is provided with a curved segment 6 and a toothed segment arch 7 provided thereon, in which a drive pinion 8 engages as the drive element, which is fastened on the motor shaft of a drive motor or alternatively on the shaft of a crank drive for manual actuation. At the second end of the drive arm, by means of the fastening element 12, for example a screw or bushing, the sliding element 10 is pivotally mounted, which engages in a form-fitting manner in the profile 21 of the lifting rail 20. The second drive arm end is thus guided on the lifting rail 20 at the lower edge of the window pane (not shown). By actuating the drive pinion 8, the drive arm 2 pivots around the bearing area, its second end moving on a circular path, so that the left-hand sliding element 10 in FIG. 1 is displaced along the lifting rail 20 and the window pane is raised or lowered. The guide arm 3 is pivotably articulated on the cross-arm swivel joint 4 in the central region of the drive arm 2. The first end of the guide arm 3 engages in a formed on the base plate 9 Guide rail. At the second guide arm end a sliding element 10 is also pivotally mounted, which engages in the profile 21 of the lifting rail 20 and is guided along this. By pivoting the drive arm 2, the guide arm 3 pivots in the opposite direction and forms another support point for the window pane with its second arm end. The window pane is guided in a pane guide (not shown in the drawing) in the door or vehicle body and therefore follows a predetermined withdrawal path in the pane withdrawal direction (essentially vertical in FIG. 1). The guidance of the two lifting arms 2, 3 is thus effected by means of the sliders 10, which can be moved laterally in the longitudinal direction of the lifting rail 20.
As shown in the sectional view according to FIG. 3, the lifting rail has an essentially circular or elliptical profile section 21 which acts as a form-locking element, that is to say it interacts positively with a longitudinal recess correspondingly formed in the slider 10. A connecting section 18 protrudes substantially vertically from the form-fitting profile 21, with which clamping elements are rigidly connected or are formed integrally therewith. As shown in FIG. 3, the clamping elements have a rear clamping jaw 16 and a front clamping jaw 17, which run essentially vertically and form a substantially U-shaped window pane holder 15. According to FIG. 3, the bottom of the window pane holder 15 is wedge-shaped so that the window pane is increasingly clamped from above when it is inserted into the window pane holder 15. For this purpose, an elastomeric covering can be provided on the bottom of the window pane receptacle 15, or the clamping jaws 16, 17 can be designed to be overall elastic. The clamping effect exerted by the clamping jaws 16, 17 prevents the window pane from loosening under the window pulling forces which prevail in normal normal operation.
As shown in FIG. 1, the profile 21 of the lifting rail 20 extends along the lower edge of the window pane and over the entire travel path of the lifting arms 2, 3, which is defined by the area that the sliders 10 between a maximum lowered and a maximum raised Paint over the position of the window pane. As can be seen from FIG. 3, the sliders 10 and the lifting rail 20 are secured relative to one another by the positive locking in the direction of pulling the window (vertical in FIG. 1). Since the sliders 10 encompass the elongated form-fitting profile 21 from below, the clamping jaws 16, 17 and the connecting section 18 do not hinder the lateral displacement of the sliders 10 in the intended longitudinal direction of the vehicle when the window pane is raised or lowered. To assemble the window lifter, the procedure is as follows: First, the window lifter 1 is fastened to the base plate 9 or a door module carrier, the delivery position being determined by the respective angular position of the lifting arms 2, 3, which, however, is essentially not subject to any restrictions. This angular position can in particular be predetermined by the angular position of the toothed segment arch 7, that is to say by suitably adjusting the drive pinion 8. In this delivery position, the window pane is inserted into the window shaft and inserted from above into the window pane holder 15 (FIG. 3) of the slider 10. The window pane is automatically clamped by the clamping jaws 16, 17, so that additional assembly tools are not required.
As is readily apparent from the above description, an additional fixation of the delivery position of the window lifter in the intended vehicle longitudinal direction according to the invention is not necessary. Of course, the form-fitting profile 21 can be formed from a suitable metal or sheet metal, for example by reshaping the lower edge of the lifting rail. Alternatively, at least the form-fitting profile of the lifting rail can of course also be made of a suitable plastic, either in one piece with the lifting rail as a whole or injection molded onto it using the so-called two-component technology.
