More particularly, the present invention relates to a nasal implant, in which a front end portion of the nasal implant reaches the glabella when the nasal implant is inserted into the nose so that a smooth curved line is formed at a region where the forehead meets the nose and the overall length of the nose can be enlarged, and in which dual hardness is imparted to a nasal ridge part of the nasal implant by means of a high-hardness portion located at a nasal bone region and a low-hardness portion surrounding the high-hardness portion so that a patient may feel as if the patient touches a hard bone, due to the high-hardness portion, when the patient touches the nasal bone region and the skin irritation is minimized due to the low-hardness portion, thereby improving satisfaction of the patient.

  • the low-hardness portion 117 is made from soft silicon in such a manner that the skin irritation can be minimized and the patient may feel as if the patient touches a cartilage when the patient touches the low-hardness portion 117, thereby improving satisfaction of the patient.
  • the high-hardness portion 115 is primarily fabricated by using silicon with hardness of about 45 to 55. Then, the low-hardness portion 117 is secondarily formed around the high-hardness portion 115 by using silicon with hardness of about 15 to 35.
  • the low-hardness portion 117 provided at the center portion thereof with a hole is primarily formed by using silicon having hardness of about 15 to 35.
  • the high- hardness portion 115 is formed separately from the low-hardness portion 117 by using silicon having hardness of about 45 to 55. After that, the high-hardness portion 115 is accommodated in the low-hardness portion 117 through the hole formed at the center portion of the low-hardness portion 117.
  • the nasal bone has a triangular section in which a vertex part is rounded, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a curved surface 118 having a predetermined depth and a predetermined curvature is preferably formed at a rear portion of the nasal implant 100, which makes contact with the nasal bone and the cartilage.
  • the nasal implant 100 can be precisely combined with the nasal bone, the upper lateral cartilage, and the nasal tip cartilage with enhanced coupling force.
  • a concave section 119 having a shape corresponding the shape of the nasal bone is preferably formed at the center portion of the rear portion of the nasal implant 100.
  • the nasal implant 100 is precisely combined with the nasal bone and the cartilage without forming a gap therebetween, the seroma and hematoma can be minimized while improving the external appearance of the nose after the cosmetic operation.
  • the nasal tip part 130 is integrally formed with the lower end portion of the nasal ridge part 110.
  • the nasal tip part 130 is fabricated by using silicon having hardness identical to that of the low-hardness portion 117 and slightly protrudes from the nasal ridge part 110.

  • the perforation holes 211 are filled with flesh of the patient after the cosmetic operation so that the nasal implant 200 is prevented from moving or sliding due to gravity. In addition, the perforation holes 211 can prevent the nasal tip from becoming flush, which may happen after the cosmetic operation due to the poor circulation.

  • the nasal implant 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is formed on an outer surface thereof with texture, a concave-convex section or embossing.
  • the nasal implant 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is substantially identical to the nasal implant 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, except that the nasal implant 300 according to the third embodiment of the present invention is formed on the outer surface thereof with texture, the concave-convex section or embossing, so similar reference numerals are denoted to the parts similar to those of the second embodiment of the present invention, but they will not be further described below in order to avoid redundancy.
  • the nasal implant 300 can be prevented from moving or sliding by means of texture, the concave-convex section or embossing formed on the outer surface of the nasal implant 300.

  • the convex member 421 can be previously fabricated with various shapes and sizes. Thus, the operator can selectively use the convex member 421 according to the body size of the patient.

  • the string 423 of the convex member 421 is inserted into the uppermost perforation hole 411 adjacent to the nasal ridge part 410.
  • an extra portion of the nasal tip part 430 is cut way by means of scissors, a scalpel or a grinder, so that the overall length of the nasal implant 400 can be appropriately changed corresponding to the body size (that is, the nose size) of the patient.
  • the narrow part inserted into the nasal cartilage region of the patient can be omitted, so that it is not necessary to form an insertion hole in the cartilage region.
  • the side effects derived from the injury of the cartilage can be prevented, and the cosmetic operation can be easily performed within a relatively short period of time.
  • the front end portion of the nasal ridge part 410 reaches the glabella when the nasal implant has been inserted into the nose of the patient, and the nasal implant 400 is inserted into the periosteum from the lower portion of the periosteum and securely attached to the nasal bone, so that the nasal implant 400 can be prevented from moving or sliding even if the narrow part is omitted.
