Abstract

L'appareil ci-décrit est un rouleau de traitement pour légumes dont la surface est pourvue de zones de traitement des légumes et qui tourne sur son axe de rotation. Sur les zones de traitement (2, 3, 4, 11 a, 11 b, 11 f, 11 h, 11 u) telles que définies par l'invention, la surface a été partiellement retirée et/ou traitée mécaniquement et/ou recouverte de façon permanente d'un matériau essentiellement non détachable. L'invention décrit également un appareil de traitement des légumes et une méthode pour la fabrication et l'utilisation du rouleau de traitement et de l'appareil de traitement.
