- an eight-fold spiral conductor pattern and a sixteen-fold spiral conductor pattern are also possible.

同図の (A)は上面図、( B)はその単位格子部分の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A— A部分の断面図、(D)は (B)における B— B部分の断面図である。
禁止帯 (fl- β): 53.5-76.0GHz( Δ 22.5GHz)
M点特性
禁止帯 (fl- β): 61.7-75.9GHz( Δ 14.2GHz)
禁止帯 (fl- β): 79.8-131.7GHz( Δ 51.9GHz)
M点特性
禁止帯 (fl- β): 113.1- 128.9GHz( Δ 15.8GHz)

cos Θ =— [A^ + DXD2 + Bf + CXB2 ) 式(4)

同図の (A)は上面図、(B)はその単位格子部分 の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A— A部分の断面図、(D)は(B)における B— B部分 の断面図である。
図 17の (A)は上面図、(B)はその単位格子部分の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A —A部分の断面図、(D)は (B)における B— B部分の断面図である。

同図の (A)は上面図、( B)はその単位格子部分の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A— A部分の断面図、(D)は (B)における B— B部分の断面図である。
禁止帯 (12- β): 58.4- 85.4GHz( Δ 27.0GHz)
禁止帯 (12- β): 57.8- 83.9GHz( Δ 26.1GHz)
禁止帯 (fl- β): 79.8-131.7GHz( Δ 51.9GHz)
M点特性
禁止帯 (fl- β): 113.1- 128.9GHz( Δ 15.8GHz)
同図の (A)は上面図、(B)はその単位格子 部分の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A— A部分の断面図、(D)は(B)における B— B 部分の断面図である。
図 53の (A)は上面図、(B)はその単位格子部分の拡大図、(C)は (A)における A —A部分の断面図、(D)は (B)における B— B部分の断面図である。
