VEL— I Vth I (VELは電源 配線 VELの符号で代用している。
- I vth Iに変化する。
Vda— I Vth I —VDDとなる。
T 5 0 cc 1 / ( L A ) 1 9 = l Z ( L / A ) 1 9 となっている。

[0080] ここで、 CGシリコン TFTの構成は、例えば、 SID '04 DIGEST, pl62— 163に 発表されており、 CGシリコン TFTの製造プロセスは、例えば、 "Continuous Grain Sili con Technology and Its Applications for Active Matrix Display (AM—しし! 2000、 pp .25-28、半導体エネルギー研究所)に発表されている。
ClXVth+C2X (Vp+Vth-Vpc)
= C1X (Vth+Vy)+C2X (Vp+Vth+Vy - Vda)
となる。よって、
C2X (-Vpc)=ClX (Vy)+C2X (Vy - Vda)
.'.Vy =C2X (Vda-Vpc)/(C1 + C2)
Ids = k X (Vgs-Vth) 2
Ids = k X (V y - Va) 2
Ids = kX (Vy - Va)2
Ids = k X (V y - Va) 2
Ids = kX (Vy - Va)2
Vp+Vth
Vp+Vth
. 92 Aである。
A、電流 Ids (2)は 1. 19 /z Aである。
Vp+Vth
Vp+Vth+V
A、電流 Ids (2)は 0
. 55 Aである。
