Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de remplacement rapide des couteaux en acier dans une tête de coupe, à l'aide de deux outils spécialement développés et adaptés pour agir sur le corps cylindrique de la tête de coupe et forcer la libération des couteaux. Aux extrémités de la tête de coupe, construite en acier avec des fentes conçues pour l'insertion de cales et de couteaux, sont fixés deux disques (10) usinés à mi-épaisseur et équipés de goupilles à leurs faces intérieures, ce qui permet d'insérer un outil à levier (09) qui impose un mouvement descendant à la cale et par conséquent la libération du couteau. L'opération se termine par le placement ou le retrait du couteau à l'aide de l'outil magnétique (01). Le couteau est conçu avec un profil spécifique adapté aux faces latérales de la fente dans la tête de coupe et de la cale, pour des coupes planes et doubles, et permet une fixation parfaite sans nécessiter d'étalonnage.
