- the HD 105 stores data written under the control of the HDD 104.
- the CDZDVD drive 106 controls data read / write to the CDZDVD 107 according to the control of the CPU 101.
- the CDZDVD 107 is a detachable recording medium from which data recorded under the control of the CDZDVD drive 106 is read.

- This removable recording medium may be the power of CDZDVD107, CD-ROM (CD-R, CD-RW), MO, memory card, or the like.
- the video / audio IZF 108 is connected to a display (or touch panel) 109 and a speaker (or headphones) 110 for displaying video.
- Display (or touch panel) 1 09 displays icons, cursors, menus, windows, or various data such as text and images. For example, the track name of the CDZDVD 107 being played, the frequency of the radio being received, and the time display.
- this display 109 for example, a CRT, a TFT liquid crystal display, a plasma display, or the like can be adopted.
- pressing / non-pressing of the touch panel 109 is detected, and data is input to the input IZF 111 described later.
- the speaker 110 outputs sound.
- Video / Audio The IZF 108 controls the video, specifically, for example, a graphic controller that controls the entire display (or touch panel) 109 and image information that can be displayed immediately.
- a buffer memory such as VRAM (Video RAM) to be stored and a control IC for controlling display (or touch panel) 109 based on image data output from the graphic controller are configured.

- the radio broadcast received by the radio receiver 114 is output as audio by the speaker 110 via the video / audio IZF 108.
- the in-vehicle device 100 has the hardware configuration as described above, and reproduces the CDZDVD 107, receives a radio broadcast, and the like in the vehicle.
- a display 109, a speaker 110, an input key 112, and a remote control 113 are provided in the vehicle where the in-vehicle device 100 is installed.
- the in-vehicle device 100 has a clock function. With this clock function, the display 109 displays the current time. Details of the clock function of the in-vehicle device 100 will be described below.
- FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the clock function unit of the in-vehicle device.
- the clock function unit 200 includes an ACC switch detection unit 206, a CPU 211, a stop time measurement unit 212, a stop time storage unit 213, a restart time calculation unit 214, and a time display unit 220.
- the clock function unit 200 receives power from the battery 201.
- the power supply from the battery 201 is performed by two power supply systems, that is, an ACC power supply 202 and a constant power supply 203. Switching between the ACC power source 202 and the constant power source 203 is performed by the ACC switch 204.
- the knotter 201 is charged with electric power supplied from a generator (not shown), and supplies power to the timepiece function unit 200 and each part of the vehicle.
- the generator is composed of a charging device and a regulator, and is driven by the rotation of the engine while the vehicle is running.
- the generated AC current is rectified by a diode and converted to DC. For this reason, it is possible to always supply the power of the generator 100 to the on-board device 100 while the vehicle is running.
- the ACC switch 204 switches on / off the ACC (accessory) power source 202. Specifically, when the vehicle key is in the “ACC” or “ON” position, the ACC switch 204 is turned on, and the ACC power source 202 supplies power. On the other hand, when the vehicle key is in the “OFF” position, the ACC switch 204 is turned off and the ACC power supply 202 is not supplied with power.
- the constant power supply 203 supplies power from the battery 201 regardless of whether the ACC switch 204 is on or off.
- the in-vehicle device 100 stops operating when the ACC switch 204 is switched off, but some functions such as measurement of the stop time described later are always continued by supplying power from the power source 203.
- the functional unit supplied with power by the ACC power source 202 is not limited to the power source 203 or a capacitor (not shown) until the operation of each functional unit ends normally even after the ACC switch 204 is turned off. Thus, power is supplied. The same applies when the ACC switch 204 is on.
- the ACC switch detection unit 206 detects ON / OFF of the ACC switch 204, and sends the detected ON / OFF information to the stop time measurement unit 212, the stop time storage unit 213, and the restart time calculation unit 2 14 Output.
- the CPU 211 operates with a core clock generated by a reference oscillation generator or the like, The entire in-vehicle device 100 is controlled. Further, the CPU 211 measures the time in order to realize the clock function, and outputs it to the time display unit 220 described later. Further, the CPU 211 receives power supply from the ACC power source 202, and stops the operation when the ACC switch 204 is off. This is because the CPU211 has a large circuit and consumes a lot of power, so when it receives power from the knotter 201 that is not charged by the engine, it will take a short time! / This is because a “cut” occurs.
- the stop time measurement unit 212 starts when the ACC switch 204 is turned off, and measures the time during which the CPU 211 has stopped operating.
- the stop time measuring unit 212 stops operating when the ACC switch 204 is turned on.
- the stop time storage unit 213 stores the time when the CPU 211 stops its operation (hereinafter referred to as the operation stop time).
- the stop time storage unit 213 stops operating when the ACC switch 204 detects that the ACC switch 204 is turned off, and starts operating when the ACC switch 204 is detected to be turned on.
- the stop time storage unit 213 stores, for example, a count value when the measurement of the CPU 211 is stopped.
- the restart time calculation unit 214 calculates a current time (hereinafter referred to as a restart time) when the CPU 211 restarts time measurement.
- the restart time calculation unit 214 starts operation when the ACC switch 204 is turned on, and acquires the operation stop time stored in the stop time storage unit 213 and the stop time measured by the stop time measurement unit 212, respectively. Then, the restart time is calculated based on the acquired stop time and stop time. In addition, the restart time calculation unit 214 stops its operation when the ACC switch 204 is turned off.
- the restart time calculated by the restart time calculation unit 214 is output to the CPU 211, and is used as the initial value of the time count as the time when the time measurement by the CPU 211 is restarted. Note that the function of the restart time calculation unit 214 may be performed by the CPU 211.
- the time display unit 220 displays the current time measured by the CPU 211.
- the time display unit 220 displays the time when the ACC switch 204 is on, and does not display the time when the ACC switch 204 is off.
- the clock function unit 200 of the in-vehicle device 100 measures and displays time.
- ACC switch 204 When ACC switch 204 is on, power is supplied to in-vehicle device 100. The time is displayed on the time display unit 220.
- the ACC switch 204 When the ACC switch 204 is turned off, the power supply of the ACC power supply 202 is stopped and the CPU 211 stops operating.
- the display of the time display unit 220 is also turned off, the current time at the time of resumption is displayed on the time display unit 220.
- FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the processing of the clock function unit when the on-force of the ACC switch is switched off. Since the ACC switch 204 is on, the time is measured by the CPU 211, and the time is displayed on the time display unit 220 (step S301). When the ACC switch detecting unit 206 detects that the ACC switch 204 is turned off (step S302: Yes), the stop time measuring unit 212 starts measuring the stop time (step S303).
- step S304 stores the stop time (step S304). Then, the CPU 211 stops its operation (step S305) and ends the processing according to this flowchart.
- step S302 when the ACC switch 204 is not turned off (step S302: No), the process returns to step S301 and the time display is continued.
- FIG. 7 is a flowchart showing processing of the clock function unit when the ACC switch is switched from OFF to ON.
- step S323 the CPU 211 acquires the restart time from the restart time calculation unit 214 (step S323). Subsequently, the CPU 211 restarts time measurement using the acquired restart time as an initial value (step S324). Then, the time measured by the CPU 211 is displayed by the time display unit 220 (step S325), and the processing according to this flowchart ends. If the ACC switch 204 is not turned on in step S321 (step S321: No), the process returns to step S321, and the standby is continued until the ACC switch 204 is turned on.
- FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure for calculating the restart time. Processing when the restart time calculation unit 214 calculates the restart time will be described with reference to FIG.
- the restart time calculation unit 214 stops the stop time measurement unit 2
- the stop time is acquired from 12 (step S342). Further, the stop time is acquired from the stop time storage unit 213 (step S343). Next, the stop time is added to the stop time to calculate the restart time (step S344).
- the calculated restart time is output to the CPU 211 (step S345), and the processing according to this flowchart ends. If the ACC switch 204 is not turned on in step S341 (step S341: No), the standby is continued until the ACC switch 204 is turned on.
- the ACC switch 204 when the ACC switch 204 is on, the time is measured by the CPU 211 and the processing of the clock function of the in-vehicle device 100 is efficiently performed. be able to.
- the ACC switch 204 When the ACC switch 204 is off, the power supply to the CPU 211 is stopped while the stop time measuring unit 212 measures the stop time. Thereby, even if the CPU 211 stops the time measurement, the current time (restart time) force can be measured when the measurement is resumed.
- the stop time measuring unit 212 when the CPU 211 is powered off (when the ACC switch 204 is off), the stop time is measured by the stop time measuring unit 212. The power can be turned off completely. Further, since the stop time measuring unit 212 is a mechanism that only measures the stop time, the power consumption can be reduced, and the limited power of the regular power source 203 can be used effectively.
- the CPU 211 measures the time by inputting the number of clocks generated by the reference oscillation generator, so the time resolution becomes a finite value.
- the stop time measuring unit 212 measures the time by inputting the number of clocks generated by the reference oscillation generator, so the time resolution becomes a finite value.
- the stop time measuring unit 212 For this reason, when the stop time is stored in the stop time storage unit 213 when the ACC switch 204 is turned off (see step S 304 in FIG. 6), the time below the resolution of the CPU 211 is discarded. Similarly, when the stop time is acquired when the ACC switch 204 is on (see step S342 in Fig. 8), the time below the resolution of the stop time measurement unit 212 is truncated.
- FIG. 9 is a block diagram of a functional configuration of the timepiece function unit according to the second embodiment.
- a correction value setting unit 401 is provided in the restart time calculation unit 214 of the clock function unit 400.
- the correction value setting unit 401 sets a correction value for correcting an error generated when the restart time calculation unit 214 calculates the restart time. Specifically, since the resolution of the CPU 211 and the stop time measuring unit 212 is 0.5 seconds, 0.5 seconds, which is the time of one resolution, is set as a correction value.
- FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing a processing procedure for calculating the restart time.
- the restart time calculation unit 214 acquires the stop time from the stop time measurement unit 212 (step S412). Further, the stop time is acquired from the stop time storage unit 213 (step S413). Next, the stop time is added to the stop time (step S414).
- a correction value corresponding to the resolution of the CPU 211 and the stop time measuring unit 212 is added to the time added in step S414 to calculate a restart time (step S415).
- This correction value is an expected value of an error caused by turning on / off the ACC switch 204 once, and is an average value of the resolution of the CPU 211 and the stop time measuring unit 212. In this example, it is 0.5 seconds.
- the error that occurs in each processing of each part has a maximum width of 0.499 ⁇ second, and a minimum of 0 seconds. Within this width, which is actually rounded down? The value is equal probability. For this reason, the expected value to be rounded down is the center value of the resolution width. In addition, because the ACC switch 204 is turned on and off twice, the truncation occurs twice. Therefore, the expected value of the value that is cut off when the ACC switch 204 is turned on and off is the resolution itself. If the resolutions of the CPU 211 and the stop time measuring unit 212 are different, the average value is an expected value.
- the calculated restart time is output to the CPU 211 (step S416), and the processing according to this flowchart ends.
- the CPU 211 restarts time measurement with the restart time as an initial value.
- the error caused by this example is a normal distribution with an average of 0, so it is slightly smaller than the error caused by rounding down below the resolution. It becomes.
- the initial count value of the stop time measurement unit 212 is set to 1 instead of 0, and 1 resolution is added to the stop time. It is also possible to adopt a configuration that adds these times.
- a configuration may be adopted in which a time corresponding to one resolution is added to the stop time and stored.
- the timepiece function unit according to the present invention is applied to the in-vehicle device.
- the present invention is not limited to this, and can also be applied to a home electronic device using a commercial power source. In this case, supply of commercial power is stopped by turning off the power switch, and the power supply of the main unit with high power consumption is turned off. Then, necessary ones of the clock function units are operated by a knock-up power source (for example, a dry battery or an auxiliary power source mounted in the device).
- a knock-up power source for example, a dry battery or an auxiliary power source mounted in the device.
- the time measuring device As described above, according to the time measuring device, the time display device, the time measuring method, the time measuring program, and the recording medium according to the present invention, while measuring time efficiently, Electric power can be reduced. In addition, accurate time can be measured by performing error correction according to the time resolution.
- the time measurement method described in the present embodiment can be realized by executing a program prepared in advance on a computer such as a personal computer or a workstation.
- This program is hard disk, flexible disk, CD- It is recorded on a computer-readable recording medium such as ROM, MO, DVD, etc., and is executed by reading the recording medium power by a computer.
- the program may be a transmission medium that can be distributed via a network such as the Internet.

ROM, MO、 DVD
