Ladite coque possède une surface interne (51) entourant la paroi externe (31) du récipient interne (3) et provoquant un échange de chaleur, dans laquelle peut être introduit le récipient interne (3). Le bloc de refroidissement ou de chauffe (50) est situé dans le support (4).
