  • Such elastic shock-absorbing means are provided with two forward pads, designated by the reference numeral 30, which are provided with external borders 31, which provide contact between the base body and the board, thus constituting a shock-absorbing element.
  • rear pad 32 which is provided with lateral portions 33 which remain interposed between the base plate and the board, thus providing a rear shock-absorbing element.
  • the lateral portions 33 and the outer borders 31 are arranged advantageously on the extension of the lateral edges 21.
  • the forward pads 30 and the rear pad 32 are kept advantageously in position by a lower plate 34, which is connected to the lower face of the central portion 4 of the base body 2.
  • the rear pad 32 is provided with upper blocks 35, which protrude at the upper face of the central portion of the base body and in practice act against the sole of the shoe, thus providing a shock-absorbing element between the shoe and the binding.
  • the pads 30 and 32 can be obtained in various hardnesses, thus allowing to adjust the shock-absorbing effect as a function of the types required and of the build of the user.
  • the spoiler 7 is connected to the base body 2 by means of a rear slider or bracket 38, which is preferably made of aluminum and is provided with arms 40 which engage telescopically in seats 41 formed by the sides 5 of the base body.
  • the lateral arms 40 are provided with elongated slots for engagement with fixing pins which pass through through holes 43 formed in the sides 5 of the base body 2.
  • the presence of elongated slots 42 on the arm 40 in combination with through holes 43 formed in the sides of the base body allows to provide a continuous adjustment of the position of the slider, which in practice can move telescopically.
  • the sides 5 have an elongated slot, designated by the reference numeral 45, in combination with a through hole 46 on the slider, which accordingly allows a positioning which corresponds to the position of the slider with respect to the base body. Fixing pins engage in the slots 45 and pass through through holes 46.
  • a plate 50 is advantageously provided which is located at the forward part of the upper face of the central portion, so as to provide an extension with respect to the base body and cover the region affected by the angular positioning disk.
