Abstract

L'invention concerne des raccords à vis variable et à angle stable destinés à l'ostéosynthèse. Ce raccord à vis comprend une vis dotée d'une tête qui présente un filet conique sur au moins une section longitudinale, une bague à tête sphérique d'insertion qui possède au moins un orifice en forme de fente, une plaque d'implant pourvue d'au moins un orifice qui a une forme complémentaire à la forme externe de la bague à tête sphérique d'insertion. La bague peut être fixée par liaison de forme dans la plaque par la tête de vis. Selon l'invention, la bague à tête sphérique d'insertion a un filet conique continu complémentaire au filet de la tête de vis. Plusieurs orifices en forme de fentes et espacés sur la circonférence s'étendent dans la direction longitudinale de l'orifice à filet conique. En outre, l'orifice sphérique ou en forme de tête sphérique présente dans la plaque d'implant sur la face supérieure éloignée de l'os une section inclinée conique de manière à obtenir un réglage d'angle maximal.
