Abstract

The invention relates to a transportable hydrocarbon recovery unit. More specifically, the invention relates to an integral hydrocarbon recovery unit comprising a first evaporation system and a second condensation system. The first evaporation system comprises supply means for supplying the material that is to undergo extraction, transport means for transporting said material, treatment chamber means, material-heating means, removal means for removing excess material and transport means for transporting the extracted vapours. The second condensation system comprises suction means, transfer means, cooling means and means for receiving condensates. The purpose of the invention is to provide a unit which is intended for the extraction of hydrocarbons and other contaminants from impregnated materials, which can be quickly installed and easily mounted/dismantled and which has a reduced transport weight.
