CAMPO DE LA INVENCIÓN.FIELD OF THE INVENTION
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN.The present invention has application in oil production areas, where it is necessary to decontaminate soils or materials impregnated with hydrocarbon residues. For them it is necessary to have on hand means to carry out said work, on which it is due to transport said means to the decontamination site. The means of extraction must proceed effectively in their work while they must be easy to install to proceed. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Commonly, there are a variety of devices for hydrocarbon extraction. Said current systems comprise cylinders that rotate to move the material while introducing heat to carry out the evaporation work. To increase this work, a plurality of internal chains are available to route the material towards the rear of the cylinder towards the evacuation of decontaminated waste.
Said chains are arranged in several sections along and around the cylinder. This plurality of chains causes the device to substantially increase its weight while producing unnecessary transmission loads to move the cylinder.
Additionally, the units of the art reference a configuration that does not make possible the extraction of hydrocarbons from fluids since the configuration of the cylinder and chains provides an exclusive use for solid material and does not admit fluid material.
In the TPS Technology (THERMAL PROCESS SOLIDS) the contaminated material is transported along a duct (static housing) with the use of two propellers (rotational auger), within which sufficient heat is transferred to evaporate the fluids. This design of the prior art is one of the least efficient in what refers to heat transfer, because it requires great precision (thanks to the diversity of weights and dimensions of the materials treated) between the propellers and the housing to avoid solidified material that prevents and acts as a heat transfer barrier between the transfer area and the material to be processed. Additionally in that same configuration, a complicated solution is generated to clean, both for the blades of said propellers and the carcass, having a static system (carcass) and a system dynamic complex (auger). An example of them, in which in practice, a 1 mm thick air film can offer the same resistance to heat flow as a 25 mm water film, an iron of 1, 7 meters or a copper film 12 meters thick. This being a proven concept found in the different thermal literature, it is possible to get an idea of the incidence as a heat transfer barrier of a solidified material on the transfer surface.
Likewise, the previous systems comprise gas outlet lines that are clogged as a result of the accumulation of solids around the horizontal tube that conducts the vapors of the cylinder to the condensation system, which begin to form from the base of the screw housing. of feeding.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN.Additionally, TPS Technology, like others, understands the need to treat the matter in vacuo. This provides risks. A Technical Consultant of the Swaco Society, in its report, advises an operating vacuum of not more than 0.127 cm of water (0.05 Water Inch), this being an error, since this value is not an operating standard for the different technologies that use the same principle of Evaporate; extract; and, condense. The safe and optimal vacuum handled in an evaporation chamber must have a pre-established value for each technology, which is obtained from the previous design of the system when analyzing theoretically and practically the values of both static and dynamic pressure losses throughout the same. This vacuum value must ensure that the maximum steam flow is evacuated without allowing the absolute pressure to be lower than atmospheric at the end of the cylinder. This concept avoids security incidents and optimizes the production. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

According to Figure 1, the first evaporation system 1 comprises feeding means 2 of the material being extracted. In practice, said feeding means can comprise a material receiving hopper that also doses e! material properly.
Likewise, to transfer the material for evaporation, it is necessary to transport means 3 of said horizontally arranged material, which may comprise an auger or conveyor belts. Figure 1 illustrates the endless screw mode.
Likewise, heating means require heating means. Said heating means comprise burners or conventional heat transfer means (not shown). Said heat must be sufficient to evaporate the hydrocarbons present in the material.
Dicho ángulo α de inclinación comprende entre 2 y 25°, preferiblemente entre 5 y 15°.Additionally, treatment chamber means comprising a rotary cylinder 4 inclined in the downstream direction are available. Said cylinder is inclined at an angle α so that the fluid material is transferred assisted by gravity. Said angle α of inclination comprises between 2 and 25 °, preferably between 5 and 15 °.
Unlike the known recovery units, said rotary cylinder comprises internal rings 5 to increase the area of heat transfer, where the material is transported along the cylinder due to the angle of inclination of the cylinder in conjunction with its rotation. Thanks to the fact that the rotary cylinder 4 comprises internal rings 5, the unit can directly treat fluids without adding solids to lower liquid content in the cut. Said cylinder ring protrudes from its surface increasing the heat transfer area.
Esta disposición, del peso deAdditionally, the rotary cylinder 4 comprises a single chain 6 that travels the length of said cylinder and rests by its weight towards the center thereof on the base of the cylinder. This arrangement, of the weight of
The chain on the cylinder acts as a constant scraper, thus preventing process material from adhering to the cylinder, whereby the production rate is maintained throughout the period of operation and minimizes the wear of the cylinder by friction of the chain with the same.
Para evacuar el material descontaminado, Ia unidad presenta medios de retiro del material sobrante 7.To evacuate the decontaminated material, the unit presents means for removing the excess material 7.
The vapors are captured from the upper area of the rotating cylinder and are driven by means of transporting the extracted vapors 8.
Said steam transport means are connected to the condensation means for their hydrocarbon recovery process. The evaporated gas outlet system of the invention comprises a vertical gas outlet tube perpendicular to the material input axis so that the solids that are released from the vapors that ascend through the pipeline, fall constantly on the transport means 3 in motion, avoiding the accumulation of solids that obstruct the exit of gases. Vapors are routed to the second condensation system. For its part, together the invention comprises the second condensation system 9 according to Figure 2. Said second condensation system is responsible for sucking the vapors existing inside the cylinder, cooling them and condensing them.
This second condensation system comprises suction and transfer means such as a vacuum pump 10 that sucks the vapors from the rotary cylinder. Once suctioned, they are arranged towards the heat transfer means 11, to extract heat from said vapors by means of cooling 12 for subsequent condensate and storage in the condensate receiving tank 13.
