• the extenders currently available are made up of a superior element at the end of the penis, which secures the glans penis with a silicone band, and an inferior element at the base of the penis. These two elements are connected by two segmented metallic extensor rods, which are provided with internal springs. The rod segments are threaded to provide for fine adjustment of the tension.
