Abstract

L'invention concerne une installation destinée au traitement du purin de porc et de vache, principalement, ainsi que des procédés industriels pouvant être mis en oeuvre in situ, sans travaux. Le procédé de traitement consiste tout d'abord à séparer la phase solide de la phase liquide à l'aide d'un séparateur de solide et d'unités filtrantes de séparation de liquides. Le liquide résultant est débarrassé des particules en suspension à l'aide d'un séparateur de particules et d'agents contaminants à cyclone par l'intermédiaire d'un système de traitement de matières organiques par injection d'ozone. Les matières solides et liquides obtenues ont un niveau de contamination minimal, ce qui signifie que les matières solides peuvent être utilisées comme engrais et que les matières liquides peuvent être réutilisées ou jetées. Le procédé de traitement peut être mis en oeuvre in situ, est économique, automatique et permet de réaliser l'ensemble des opérations de traitement, c'est-à-dire de l'étape de réception des déchets jusqu'à l'étape finale de traitement, dans une seule installation.
