为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施 例并参照附图, 对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
本发明当集群组外用户通过集群系统网络侧向集群组内用户发送短 消息时, 如果集群组的组呼没有建立, 则由集群系统网络侧主动建立该 集群组的组呼后, 再将短消息通过建立的集群组組呼发送给集群组内用 户。
图 3为本发明集群组外用户向集群组内用户发送短消息的流程图, 其具体步骤为:
步驟 300、 集群组外用户将要发送的短消息发送到集群系统网絡侧 的短消息业务中心, 该短消息携带目的集群组的组呼参考;
步驟 301、 集群系统网络侧的短消息业务中心将短消息保存, 集群 系统网络侧根据该短消息携带的组呼参考确定 Anchor MSG;
步骤 302、 Anchor MSC根据组呼参考向 GCR查询具有该组呼参考的 集群组组呼状态;
步骤 303、 GCR根据预先存储的具有组呼参考的集群组组呼是否已经 建立的信息判断具有该组呼参考的集群组组呼是否已经建立, 如果建 立, 执行步骤 304; 否则, 执行步骤 305;
步骤 304、 GCR反馈给 Anchor MSC具有该组呼参考的集群组组呼已 经建立的消息, Anchor MSC按照现有技术使用该集群组组呼区域所有小 区中的组呼信道, 将保存在短消息中心的短消息通过下行组呼信道发送 给具有该组呼参考的集群组内用户, 执行步驟 308;
该下行组呼信道可以为慢速随路控制信道(SACCH, S low As socia ted Control Channel ), 需要伴随业务信道( TCH, Traff ic Channel );
步骤 305、 GCR反馈给 Anchor MSC具有该组呼参考的集群组组呼没 有建立的消息, Anchor MSC接收到该消息后, 在具有该组呼参考的集群 组内建立组呼, 即建立组呼信道;
由于因为发送短消息而建立的集群组临时 VGCS CALL并不传输语音 , 也不必实现其他集群组内用户的抢占需求, 因而这一临时呼叫也可以是 语音广播呼叫 ( VBS CALL, Vo ice Broadcas t Service Cal l ), 其过程 和现有技术中的 VBS CALL过程相同;
这里建立的组呼信道可以为 SACCH,也可以为独立控制信道(SDCCH, Stand-a lone Dedicated Control Channel ), 不需要伴随 TCH, 这是因 为所建立的组呼信道不传输语音业务;
步骤 306、 Anchor MSC在该集群组组呼区域所有小区的 NCH发送通 知消息, 该消息包括该集群组的组呼参考和组呼信道的配置消息;
步驟 307、 Anchor MSC在该集群组组呼区域内所有小区中建立的组 呼信道的下行组呼信道上发送短消息;
该下行组呼信道为 SDCCH信道; 步骤 308、 Anchor MSC发送完短消息后, 通知短消息中心, 短消息 中心删除该短消息并释放存储空间。
由于发送短消息不采用确认的方式, 所以在图 3所述的方法中, 步 骤 307的 Anchor MSC可以多次发送短消息, 这时短消息还携带有短消 息标识, 在集群组内用户接收到短消息时根据短消息标识确定是否已经 接收到短消息, 从而避免集群组内用户重复接收到同一短消息。
当集群系统网络侧将短消息通过集群组的组呼信道发送完后 , 要释 放集群组的组呼, 在现有技术中, 集群組的组呼释放方式有三种: 第一 种, 发起组呼的用户释放当前建立的组呼; 第二种, 集群^内授权的调 度员释放当前建立的組呼; 第三种, 集群系统网络侧, 即集群系统的 Anchor MSC监测到在设定的时间值内当前建立的组呼处于无活动状态, 则释放当前建立的组呼。
本发明不仅可以采用现有这几种的组呼幹放方式, 而且还可以由发 送短消息的集群系统网絡侧, 即集群系统的 Anchor MSC发起释放集群 组的组呼过程, 该组呼鋒放过程和集群系统网络侧监测到在设定的时间 值内当前建立的组呼处于无活动状态时释放组呼过程相同, 即直接释放 集群组组呼区域内所有已经建立的组呼信道和通知信道。
为了保证集群系统的安全, 可以设置集群组外用户给集群组内用户 发送短消息的发送权限, 实现不是任意一个集群组外用户都可以向集群 组内用户发送短消息。 在集群系统网络侧可以存储允许给集群组内用户 发送短消息的集群組外用户, 从而当集群组外用户发送短消息时, 集群 系统网络侧根据存储的信息确定该集群组外用户能否给集群组内用户 发送短消息, 如果允许, 再进行图 3中的步骤 301后续的步驟; 否则, 结束本流程。
本发明可以将允许给集群组内用户发送短消息的集群组外用户存储 在集群系统网络侧的 GCR中, 允许给集群组内用户发送短消息的集群组 外用户在开户时进行存储, 或者对已经存储为允许给集群组内用户发送 短消息的集群组外用户进行删除以及修改。
本发明还可以设置集群组外用户发起集群组组呼的权限, 实现不是 任意一个集群组外用户都可以通过集群系统网络侧建立集群组组呼。 在 集群系统网络侧可以存储允许发起集群组组呼的集群组组外用户, 从而 当集群组外用户发送短消息时, 集群系统网络侧根据存储的信息确定该 集群组外用户能否通过集群系统建立组呼, 如果允许, 再进行图 3中的 步骤 305和后续步驟; 否则, 结束本流程。
本发明可以将允许发起集群组组呼的集群組组外用户存储在集群系 统网络侧的 GCR中, 允许发起集群組组呼的集群組组外用户在开户时进 行存储, 或者对已经存储为允许发起集群组组呼的集群组组外用户进行 删除以及修改。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应 包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、一种集群组外用户向集群组内用户发送短消息的方法,其特征在 于, 该方法包括:
a、 集群系统网络侧接收到集群组外用户发送的短消息,判断集群组 是否已经建立组呼, 若是, 集群系统网络侧通过该集群组组呼区域内小 区的已有组呼信道发送短消息给集群组内用户; 否则执行步骤 b;
b、集群系统网络侧建立该集群组組呼,通过在该集群组组呼区域内 小区建立的组呼信道发送短消息给集群组内用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 a所述已有组呼信 道为慢速随路控制信道 SACCH。
3、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 b所述建立该集群 组组呼为语音组呼 VGCS Call或者为语音广播呼叫 VBS CalL
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 步骤 a所述短消息携带 集群组组呼参考;
步骤 b所述建立该集群组组呼的过程为: 集群系统网络侧在该集群 组组呼区域内小区建立组呼信道, 在该集群组组呼区域内小区的通知信 道下发携带组呼信道建立信息和集群组组呼参考的通知消息。
5、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述建立的组呼信 道为独立控制信道 SDCCH或 SACCH。
6、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 集群系统网络侧发送短 消息给集群组内用户后, 该方法还包括:
集群系统网络侧释放集群组的组呼。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述的短消息还携带短 消息标识; 在集群系统网络发送短消息给集群组内用户之后, 还包括集群组内 用户接收短消息的步骤: 集群组内用户判断自身是否已经接收到与要接 收的短消息携带的短消息标识相同的短消息, 若是, 不接收该短消息, 否则接收该短消息。
8、如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在集群系统网络侧存储 允许给集群组内用户发送短消息的集群组外用户, 在步骤 a所述的判断 集群组是否已经建立组呼之前, 该方法还包括:
集群系统网络侧才艮据存储的允许给集群组内用户发送短消息的集群 组外用户判断发送短消息的集群组外用户是否允许给集群组内发送短 消息, 若是, 执行步驟 a的后续过程, 否则结束。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述允许给集群组内 用户发送短消息的集群组外用户存储在集群系统网络侧的组呼寄存器 中 , 所存储的允许给集群组内用户发送短消息的集群组外用户为在开户 时写入或者修改时写入。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在集群系统网络侧存 储允许发起集群组组呼的集群组组外用户, 在步骤 b之前, 该方法还包 括:
集群系统网络侧根据存储的允许发起集群组組呼的集群组组外用户 判断发送短消息的集群组外用户是否允许建立集群组组呼, 若是, 执行 步骤 b, 否则结束。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 将所述允许发起集群 组组呼的集群组组外用户存储在集群系统网络侧的组呼寄存器中, 所存 储的允许给集群組内用户发送短消息的集群组外用户为在开户时写入 或者修改时写入。
