Abstract

 全チャネルの送信電力と、高速下りパケット伝送用の下り共用チャネル以外のチャネルの送信電力から、下り共用チャネルに割り当てられる電力と、下り共用チャネルに割り当てられる電力の使用率を計算することで、高速下りパケット伝送用のチャネルの電力が不足していると判断した場合、接続中のデータ受信用の個別チャネルのレートを下げることで、個別チャネルの送信電力の総和を下げて、高速下りパケット伝送用のチャネルの割り当て電力を増やす。
