  • a testing person directly measures the measurement items listed in Table 1 by manually searching menus on the terminal and downloading specific contents to the terminal. Therefore, in the conventional measurement technique, the associated statistics are made not automatically but manually. Since the statistics are made manually, statistics cannot be obtained except for the sampled calls. Since the measurement items are manually and directly tested by the testing person, all the statistics are also inconveniently made manually. In addition, since the testing person counts time with a stopwatch, it is impossible to count time accurately with the stopwatch due to its error of about 1 second, and measure and analyze all the entire calls. In addition, since the measurement results vary depending on a test location, its weather, and a testing-person's usage pattern, it is difficult to generalize the user- perceiving quality.
