Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Nachweisen und/oder zum Bestimmen der Konzentration eines in einer zu analysierenden Lösung (1) enthaltenen Liganden (2) wird auf einem Halbleiterchip (4) an einer Teststelle (3) ein Rezeptor (5) immobilisiert, der mit dem Liganden (2) eine spezifische Bindung eingehen kann. Zum Binden des Liganden (2) an den Rezeptor (5) wird die Lösung (1) auf die Teststelle (3) aufgebracht. In Abhängigkeit von der Bindung des Liganden (2) an den Rezeptor (5) wird eine Lumineszenzstrahlung (14) oder eine Farbveränderung erzeugt. Mit Hilfe eines in den Halbleiterchip (4) integrierten Strahlungsempfängers (6) wird ein Strahlungsmesssignal erfasst, während die Lösung (1) und/oder eine den Luminophor (17) nicht enthaltende Hilfsflüssigkeit mit dem Strahlungsempfänger (6) in Kontakt steht. Während das Erzeugen der Lumineszenzstrahlung verhindert wird und der Strahlungsempfänger (6) mit der Hilfsflüssigkeit und/oder einer Ersatzflüssigkeit in Kontakt steht, wird ein Dunkelmesssignal für den Strahlungsempfänger (6) gemessen. Das Strahlungsmesssignal wird mit dem Dunkelmesssignal kompensiert.
