Abstract

Dispositif stérilisé permettant aux patients, de se protéger du bassin médical suivant l'application désirée d'une enveloppe (1) soluble dans les WC, pour le premier cas, constituée d'un film soluble (8) et d'un papier également soluble (7). Cet ensemble est thermo collé sur la partie inférieure (6) de l'enveloppe. Pour la deuxième application, l'enveloppe est constituée de matériaux incinérables (13) et qui comme pour la première application est thermo collée par des soudures (4) latérales partie recto sur verso (6) pour former l'enveloppe avec un ensemble de plis créant une poche en la houssant.

Description

PROTEGE BASSIN MEDICAL STERILISE A USAGE UNIQUE
Le protège bassin stérilisé jetable pour usage médical permet et améliore la protection des malades du risque éventuel de contamination causé parfois par un nettoyage sommaire ou incomplet élément porteur de germes; des bassins médicaux , perfectionnant également Ia facilité de son lavage
Le protège bassin stérilisé à usage unique améliore la gestion de nettoyage, offrant un gain de temps, et la logistique sanitaire.
Le protège bassin stérilisé jetable pour usage médical est une enveloppe housse dans laquelle le bassin médical de type "standard "se positionne à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; rendant un environnement parfaitement hygiénique, éliminant le contact du bassin médical avec la peau du patient .
Son ouverture (3) est facile et se présente sous la forme d'une grande enveloppe et son maintien au bassin est assuré par les soudures latérales (4) du bassin, de la face recto dites supérieure (5) à la face dites 'verso' (6) inférieure de l'enveloppe.
Composition :
Le procédé peut être fabriqué soit en matières solubles ; soit non solubles : suivant les applications spécifiques à savoir pour le premier cas, jetable pour dissolution directement dans les WC, ou bien , pour le deuxième cas incinérables , en cas de risques d'épidémie.
Pour le premier cas : Procédé soluble : Celui-ci est composé de trois éléments .
- un papier soluble (7) formant la partie supérieure (5) de l'enveloppe, permettant d'isoler le contact de l'épiderme du malade, avec le bassin médical (2)
Ce papier soluble (7) de type "Mishima dissolve paper " se dissout en quelques secondes dans l'eau froide. film soluble PVA à action différé appelé film PVOH (8) une face verso (10) soluble, une face recto (9) résistante à l'eau pendant plusieurs heures , le rendant imperméable, puis soluble ; jetable directement dans l'eau de la cuvette des WC .
- la face verso (10) est soluble dans l'eau et est prioritaire sur fa face (9) recto permettant à ce film de se dissoudre intégralement en quelques heures à partir du moment ou il plongé complètement dans l'eau froide.
Il est collé (11) sur le papier soluble (7) mentionné ci-dessus et centré sur la partie évasée (12) du bassin médical, collectrice des déchets organiques .
Pour les deux procédés , le bassin médical (2) est insérer dans l'enveloppe (1) par une des deux ouvertures (3) la concavité du bassin partie collectrice est rapidement formée avec la main , sur la partie supérieur face recto .(6)

Pour fl deuxième cas : Procédé Non solubles : Celui-ci est en matière "non tissé

La même enveloppe peut être également réalisée, avec un papier , ou un film PE, PET, ou PVC sur sa partie supérieure, suivant le même concept que le procédé soluble désigné ci
45 dessus, mais n'ayant pas la faculté d'être dissous, elle permet d'être incinérée, afin d'éliminer le risque de contagions créé par les malades. 1- une film, ou papier en matière incinérable (13) formant la partie supérieure (5) de l'enveloppe, permettant d'isoler le contact de l'épiderme du malade, avec le (2) bassin médical . une film, ou papier en matière incinérable forme la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe (5) qui est thermo collée (11) sur un autre papier ou autre matière ïncinérable pour former l'enveloppe.
Positionné à l'intérieur du protège bassin, dans la partie évasée (12) un petit sachet (15) particules gélifiantes (14) en « Polyacrylate de sodium réticulée' (type par exemple Degussa Gmbh) ou toute autre substance absorbante qui gélifie l'urine et les matières liquides rapidement ; évitant les renversements. Ce sachet en film PVA soluble est micro perforé par des points de micro ruptures afin d'accélérer sa dissolution. Voir FIG 5 Découpe et thermo - formage suivant croquis ci-joint, FIG 6 , FIG 7, FIG 8

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1) Protége bassin médical de type enveloppe , stérilisé jetable pour usage unique caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué :
D'une housse 'enveloppe' jetable soluble stérilisée (1) en matière thermo soudable pour être utilisée dans les WC, pour la première application ; ou bien en non soluble pour la deuxième application, pour être incinérée contre les risques d'épidémies, dispositif accompagne d'un sachet gélifiant.
2) Pour la première: application ; d'une housse 'enveloppe': à usage unique soluble stérilisée selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la housse enveloppe face supérieure est en papier soluble de type "Mishima dissolve paper " se dissolvant en quelques secondes dans l'eau froide.
3) D'une housse 'enveloppe'; à usage unique : solυble stérilisée selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que Ia housse enveloppe face supérieure , positionnée au dessus de la concavité du bassin est en en matériaux PVA à action différée de type films PVOH (une face recto soluble, une face recto traitée retardataire résistante à l'eau, puis soluble ; jetables directement dans les WC . Ce film PVOH est thermo soudé sur la papier soluble désigné ci-dessus suivant la revendications 3) avec un ensemble de plis créant une poche en la houssant
4) D'une housse 'enveloppe'; face inférieure, selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que d'un film quelconque ou papier permettant de thermo coller et de former la partie inférieure de l'enveloppe, avec un ensemble de plis créant une poche en la houssant et maintenant le bassin médical en place, au cours ds l'utilisation du malade.
Pour la deuxième application . Protège bassin médical de type enveloppe stérilisé jetable sefon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la housse est constituée d'un matériau non soluble. non tissé imperméabilisé ou film PE ; PET afin d'être incinérée.
5) Protège bassin stérilisé jetable selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le protège bassin, contient dans sa partie évasée un sachet absorbant (15) constitué d'un film soluble "PVA (17) contenant des particules d'approx. 20μ (14) de « Polyacrylate de sodium réticulée' permettant de gélifier les liquides. La structure externe du film PVA est micro perforé de points de rupture ( 16) pour améliorer la rapidité à gélifier les déchets organiques liquides.
