3、 其整体厚度较大, 与目前显示装置日趋薄型化的趋势不附。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单的壁挂式显示装置的角度调 装 置, 其无需拆卸壁挂式显示装置, 就可直接施加外力在壁挂式显示装置上, 根据用户需要精确调节壁挂式显示装置的角度。

根据实际情况, 本发明的角度连续调节装置的转动阻力矩和平衡拉力弹 簧的弹力系数随壁挂式显示装置的重量调整; 并且角度连续调节装置可为多 个, 平衡拉力弹簧为 1个; 或者角度连续调节装置为 1个, 平衡拉力弹簧为 多个; 或者角度连续调节装置为多个, 平衡拉力弹簧为多个。
总之, 与现有装置相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
1、可实现用户个人直接在壁挂式显示装置上的手动调节角度, 即使壁挂 式显示装置的自重较重, 所需施加的外力也很小;
2、 结构简单, 成本较低, 适用面较广, 可广泛用于等离子显示板电视、 液晶显示电视等较重的高端电子产品上, 也可用于大型广告牌、 大型看板等 大型展示板上;
3、角度连续调节装置与平衡拉力弹簧可隐藏于固定支架与装置固定架的 凹槽内, 整体厚度可制成较薄, 外形美观。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。 请参阅图 3、 图 4所示, 本发明包括固定支架 1、 装置固定架 2、 角度连 续调节装置 3和平衡拉力弹簧 4。 固定支架 1安装于支撑 5上, 装置固定 架 2安装于壁挂式显示装置 6的背面, 固定支架 1与装置固定架 2的下端转 动连接; 角度连续调节装置 3的一端与固定支架 1的一端转动连接, 另一端 与装置固定架 2的一端转动连接, 其可限制装置固定架 2转动; 平衡拉力弹 簧 4的一端与固定支架 1连接, 另一端与装置固定架 2连接。
在具体实施时, 固定支架 1的背面形成挂钩 11, 可钩挂于通过膨胀螺钉 7固定于墙壁 8上的支撑架 5上; 固定支架 1也可直接固定于墙壁 8上。
装置固定架 2通过固定螺钉 21安装固定于壁挂式显示装置 6 (如等离子 显示板电视、 液晶显示电视等)的背面, 其下端通过销钉 22与固定支架 1连 接, 并可绕销钉 22转动。
角度连续调节装置 3包括两根连杆 31、 32, 该连杆 31、 32—端通过铰 接组件 33铰接, 另一端分别通过转轴 34、 35与固定支架 1和装置固定架 2 转动连接。如图' 5所示, 铰接组件 33包括螺栓 331、垫片 332、弹性垫片 333 和螺母 334, 依序与连杆 31、 32安装在一起, 连杆 31、 32可绕铰接组件 33 的铰接点旋转, 铰接组件 33的转动阻力矩可通过调节螺母 334的松紧, 弹性 垫片 333的数量和弹力系数的参数进行调节 (目前国际上电子显示行业常通 称此种结构为 Hinge)。 根据壁挂式显示装置 6的重量的不同, 应采用具有相 适配的转动阻力矩的 Hinge。
平衡拉力弹簧 4的一端与固定支架 1连接,另一端与装置固定架 2连接, 其所产生的拉力可大致抵消壁挂式显示装置 6重力所产生的水平向外拉力, 使得调节角度时所需的外力在推或拉时的大小基本一致。 根据壁挂式显示装 置 6的重量的不同, 应选用相适配的弹力系数和起始长度的平衡拉力弹簧 4。
角度连续调节装置 3和平衡拉力弹簧 4的相对位置可根据应用者的要求 进行变化, 如平衡拉力弹簧 4在上, 角度连续调节装置 3在下或在同一水平 位置。
该壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置与固定其上的壁挂式显示装置 6在倾 斜角度时, 以图 (3 ) 22 为支点, 壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置与壁挂式 显示装置 6的重力矩、 平衡拉力弹簧 4的拉力矩、 角度连续调节装置对装置 固定架 2的转动阻力矩三者处于静止平衡状态。 针对不同的倾斜角度, 以上 三种应力的平衡关系会产生不同的破坏该静止平衡状态所需的应力, 当施加 于装置上的外力大于该应力时, 才可调节壁挂式显示装置 6的角度; 同时, 由于这个调节角度所必须的最小应力的存在, 当用户调节好角度后, 可长时 间保持调整好的角度不变。 该应力的大小可根据壁挂式显示装置 6的重量的 大小, 通过调整角度连续调节装置 3的转动阻力矩与平衡拉力弹簧 4的弹力 系数和起始长度, 选择最适合使用者的所需调节力范围来确定。
本发明可设定最大张角, 通常 20° 左右。
如图 4所示本发明的角度连续调节装置与平衡拉力弹簧可隐藏于固定支 架与装置固定架的凹槽内, 整体厚度可制成较薄, 外形美观。
此外, 固定支架 1和装置固定架 2可根据成本的需要, 采用整片的结构、 框架的结构或梁、 杆结构。 角度连续调节装置 3和平衡拉力弹簧 4的个数也 可根据需要增加或减少。 如多个角度连续调节装置 3配单个平衡拉力弹簧 4, 或多个平衡拉力弹簧 4配单个角度连续调节装置 3 ,或多个平衡拉力弹簧配 4 多个角度连续调节装置 3。
在使用时, 先将支撑架 5固定在墙壁 8上, 装置固定架 2固定在壁挂式 显示装置 6的背面,再通过固定支架 1背面的挂钩 11将壁挂式显示装置 6和 角度调节装置一同钩挂于支撑架 5上。 再根据用户需要, 在壁挂式显示装 6 置或壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置上直接施加相应的调节力, 将壁挂式显 示装置 6的视角调节到用户所需的角度即可。

Claims

1 . 一种壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置, 其包括安装于墙壁或支撑架上 的固定支架、 安装于壁挂式显示装置背面的装置固定 ^, 固定支架与装置固 定架的下端转动连接, 其特征在于:
角度连续调节装置的一端与固定支架转动连接, 另一端与装置固定架转 动连接, 其有一设定的转动权阻力矩;
另有平衡拉力弹簧, 一端与固定支架连接, 另一端与装置固定架连接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置, 其特征在于: 该角度连续调节装置包括两根连杆和铰接组件, 该连杆一端通过铰接组件铰 接, 一根连杆的另一端与固定支架转动连接, 另一根连杆的另一端与装置固 定架转动连接, 铰接组件有一设定的转动阻力矩书。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置, 其特征在于: 该铰接组件包括螺栓、 垫片、 弹性垫片和螺母。
4. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置, 其特征在 于: 该角度连续调节装置的转动阻力矩和平衡拉力弹簧的弹力系数随壁挂式 显示装置的重量调整。
5. 如权利要求 1或 2所述的壁挂式显示装置的角度调节装置, 其特征在 于: 该角度连续调节装置为多个, 平衡拉力弹簧为 1个; 或者角度连续调节 装置为 1个, 平衡拉力弹簧为多^ N 或者角度连续调节装置为多个, 平衡拉 力弹簧为多个。
