Abstract

[0001] 本発明は、着用時に圧迫感や窮屈感が少なぐかつ、着用することにより血行が促 進され筋肉や皮膚のタルミを改善し得る、ブラジャーに代表される女性用衣料に関 する。
背景技術
[0002] ブラジャーは、女性の乳房を保持して胸部のボディーラインを美しく見せる下着とし て用いられている。その一方、着用時のボディーラインの補正機能が優先するあまり 、圧迫感や窮屈感が大きぐ着用すること自体が女性に過大な肉体的負担となって いることも事実である。
[0003] このように、ボディーラインの補正機能を保持しつつ、着用時における過大な肉体 的負担を軽減乃至解消できるブラジャー等の女性用衣料が存在すれば非常に望ま しい。
[0004] また、加齢に伴!、人体の代謝機能が低下すると、筋肉のタルミや皮膚のシヮの発生 等が顕著になる。女性の立場から、タルミやシヮの発生を少しでも抑えて美しい外観 を維持しょうとするのは当然である。
[0005] 従って、このようなタルミやシヮの発生を、 日常的な衣料の着用等の簡易な方法で 軽減乃至解消することができれば、極めて有意義である。
発明の開示
発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0006] 本発明は、着用することにより筋肉のタルミや皮膚のシヮの発生等を軽減でき、力 つ、着用時に肉体的負担がほとんどない快適な着用感を有するブラジャー等の女性 用衣料を提供することを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0007] 本発明者は、鋭意研究を行った結果、女性の乳房を収納するカップ部 1、該カップ 部を固定する土台部 2、体側から背面を覆う伸縮性を有する脇バンド部 3、及び肩紐 4を有する女性用衣料であって、広背筋脇部を持ち上げるための非伸縮性生地より なる第一部材 5が、前記女性用衣料の着用時に該第一部材が広背筋脇部に当接す るように前記脇バンド部に配設され、かつ、大胸筋脇部を持ち上げるための非伸縮 性生地よりなる第二部材 6が、前記女性用衣料の着用時に該第二部材が大胸筋脇 部に当接するように前記土台部に配設されてなる女性用衣料力 上記の目的を達成 できることを見出した。発明者は、かかる知見に基づき、さらに研究を重ねて本発明 を完成するに至った。
[0008] 即ち、本発明は、下記の女性用衣料及びその製法を提供する。
[0009] 項 1.乳房を収納するカップ部、該カップ部を固定する土台部、体側から背面を覆う 伸縮性を有する脇バンド部、及び肩紐を有する女性用衣料であって、広背筋脇部を 持ち上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第一部材が、着用時に該第一部材が広背 筋脇部に当接するように前記脇バンド部に配設され、かつ、大胸筋脇部を持ち上げ るための非伸縮性生地よりなる第二部材が、着用時に該第二部材が大胸筋脇部に 当接するように前記土台部に配設されてなる女性用衣料。

[0027] 本発明の女性用衣料の種類は、乳房を収納するカップ部 1、該カップ部を固定する 土台部 2、体側力 背面を覆う伸縮性を有する脇バンド部 3、及び肩紐 4を有するもの であれば特に限定はなぐ例えば、ブラジャー、ボディースーツ、ブラスリップ、キヤミ ノール、水着等が挙げられる。
[0028] このうち、女性用衣料の典型例であるブラジャーの形態例を挙げて、本発明を具体 的に説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではない。

本発明のブラジャーの第一形態としては、次のようなものが例示される。
[0030] 本発明のブラジャーの第一形態は、乳房を収納するカップ部 1、該カップ部を固定 する土台部 2、体側から背面を覆う伸縮性を有する脇バンド部 3、及び肩紐 4より構成 されるブラジャーであって、広背筋脇部を持ち上げるための非伸縮 ¾生地よりなる第 一部材 5 (以下、「第一部材」とも表記する）が、ブラジャー着用時に該第一部材が広 背筋脇部に当接するように前記脇バンド部 3に配設され、かつ、大胸筋脇部を持ち 上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第二部材 6 (以下、「第二部材」とも表記する） 1S ブラジャー着用時に該第二部材が大胸筋脇部に当接するように前記土台部 2に配 設されて!/、るブラジャーである。
[0031] 第一部材 5の素材としては、非伸縮性生地であれば特に限定はなぐ強度、通気性 等の点から、例えばマーキゼットが好適である。
[0032] また、第一部材 5の形状は、ブラジャー着用時に広背筋脇部に当接し、広背筋 10 を持ち上げる働きを有する形状であれば特に限定はない。例えば、略三角形のもの が挙げられる。略三角形とは、三角形乃至それに近い形状 (各辺が緩やかな曲線を 有する三角形状等を含む)を意味する。そのうち好ましくは、略直角三角形、特に好 ましくは直角三角形である。
[0033] 略三角形の第一部材 5は、ブラジャー着用時にその一辺が広背筋脇部に当接する ように脇バンド部 3に配設される。具体的には、図 1及び図 2に示すように、略直角三 角形の第一部材 5は、ブラジャー着用時にその斜辺 X3が広背筋脇部に当接するよう に脇バンド部 3に配設される。
[0034] 略直角三角形の第一部材 5の直角を挟む一方の辺、即ち、第一部材 5の底辺 XI は、脇バンド部の底辺 3aに接しているのが好ましい。この場合、第一部材 5の底辺 X 1の長さは、 4〜8cm程度（特に、 6〜8cm程度）であればよい。これは、第一部材 5 の底辺の長さが短すぎると広背筋脇部に当接しない場合があり、底辺の長さが長す ぎると脇バンド部 3の伸縮領域が減少し広背筋脇部の持ち上げ効果が減少してしまう 場合があるからである。
[0035] また、略直角三角形の第一部材 5の直角を挟む他方の辺、即ち、第一部材 5の垂 辺 X2は、土台部 2と脇バンド部 3との接合部 8と接して配設されているのが好ましい。 略直角三角形の第一部材 5の垂辺 X2は、 5〜 10cm程度 (特に、 7〜8cm程度)であ ればよい。これは、第一部材 5の垂辺を、接合部 8の長さに一致させることがブラジャ 一の構成上必要であるためであり、垂辺が長すぎると接合部 8からはみ出す場合が あるからである。

[0061] 土台部 2は、上記カップ部 1の位置を規定するとともに、ブラジャー装着者のアンダ 一バスト部分の正面および側面（両脇）に密接して上記カップ部 1とともに乳房を支え る部材であって、図 1, 3及び 7のように、上記カップ部 1の下辺縁に縫着されている。 この土台部 2には、非伸縮性の布地、または伸縮性を有する布地に非伸縮性の布地 を縫着するなどして伸縮性を少なくした布地が使用される。なお、土台部 2には、必 要に応じてフロントホックなどの係止具が装着されて 、てもよ!/、。
[0062] 脇バンド部 3は、土台部 2の両端に設けられ、体側力も背面を覆う形状を有している 。脇バンド部 3は、土台部 2の両端をつなぐものであればよぐ背面に係止具を有して いてもよい。例えば、図 7のように、左右それぞれの脇バンド部 3の先端には着脱可 能に構成された係止具 9が装着されていてもよい。上記係止具 9は、周知のように、 雌雄が係合する金具を備えて構成され、一方の脇バンド部 3には雄の金具が、また 他方の脇バンド部 3には雌の金具が取り付けられている。脇バンド部 3の素材は、伸 縮性を有する布地が好適に使用される。なお、土台部 2と脇バンド部 3の境界は縫合 されて接合部 8を形成する。
[0063] 肩紐 (ストラップ) 4は、公知の伸縮性のものを採用できる。肩紐は、本発明の第一 部材 (及び第二部材)を備えた脇バンド部 3 (及び土台部 2)をつり上げる役割を果た している。これにより、広背筋脇部が好適に持ち上げられる。

上述したように、本発明のブラジャーは、脇バンド部 3に第一部材 5を配設 (或いは 、さらに土台部 2に第二部材 6を配設)した点に特徴を有している。そして、本発明で は、力かるブラジャーを装着することにより、筋肉や皮膚に張りができ、シヮゃタルミが 減少乃至解消される。
[0065] 具体的には、次のような顕著な効果が発揮される。
[0066] 例えば、（1)顔部分については、目の下の皺が浅くなり目立たなくなる（眼輪筋）、 耳の位置が上がる (側頭筋)、眉が上がり額の皺が目立たなくなる (前頭筋)、口角が 上がる（口輪筋）、フェイスラインが引き締まる (広頸筋）、頰の位置が上がりたるみが なくなる (大頰骨筋、小頰骨筋)等の顕著な効果が発揮される。
[0067] また、（2)上半身については、鎖骨ラインの皺 ·窪みが減少し目立たなくなる (胸鎖 乳突筋)、肩のラインが上がる (胸鎖乳突筋)、肩甲骨ラインがすっきりする (僧帽筋、 広背筋）、二の腕に張り感が出て細くなる（三角筋）、横から見て手の位置が前方に 出る (僧帽筋、広背筋)、乳房の位置が上に上がる (僧帽筋、広背筋)、アンダーバス トとウェストの距離が長くなる (僧帽筋、広背筋)、腸 (下腹)の贅肉が少なくなる (腹直 筋)、腹全体のラインがすっきりする (腹直筋)等の顕著な効果が発揮される。

[0069] さらに、本発明のブラジャーは、ブラジャーカップ上辺の弛みがなくなる、下カップ の空間がなくなる、ブラジャーのアンダーテープが中に入り込まない、カップ脇のワイ ヤーの食い込みが減少する、ワイヤーラインの中に乳房が収まる等の理由により、優 れた着用感を有している。し力も、本発明のブラジャーの着用時に、圧迫感や窮屈感 はほとんどない。
[0070] これまで、このような第一部材 5 (及び第二部材 6)をブラジャーに適用した先行技 術は存在せず、本発明のブラジャーは、全く新しい知見に基づき完成されたものであ る。本発明のブラジャーがこのような顕著な効果を発揮する理由は、今のところ明確 ではな!/、が、例えば次のように考えることができる。
[0071] 心臓に向力つて流れる静脈と筋肉の模式図 4を用いて説明する。図 4に示すように 、橈 (とう）側皮静脈 13は、心臓 19に近い静脈であるため、この血管の血流量の阻害 は全身の血行に大きな影響を及ぼすと考えられる。この撓側皮静脈 13は、大胸筋 1 1と三角筋 12の境界部を通過しているため、老化等により筋肉が弛むと、これらの筋 肉の下垂移動により撓側皮静脈 13は捩れ、伸長、圧縮などの変形を起こし、このた め圧搾が生じて血流が阻害される（図 5)。すなわち、老化等で、三角筋 12の弛みに よって撓側皮静脈 13が圧迫され心臓 19に流入する血流量が減少し、これがシヮゃ たるみ発生の一因となっていると考えられる。
[0072] 本発明のブラジャーを着用すると、第一部材 5 (及び第二部材 6)により、下垂した 広背筋 10 (及び大胸筋 11)が持ち上げられて、さらに三角筋 12が持ち上げられる。 これにより、広背筋 10、三角筋 12、及び大胸筋 11がセットで持ち上げられて、下垂 する前の状態に戻される（図 6)。これにより、撓側皮静脈 13の狭窄が防止され、血流 量が回復し血行が促進されることとなり、上記のような作用効果が発揮されると考えら れる。
[0073] なお、上記ブラジャー以外の女性用衣料 (例えば、ボディースーツ、ブラスリップ、キ ャミソール、水着等)も、本発明で示されるカップ部 1、該カップ部を固定する土台部 2 、伸縮性脇バンド部 3及び肩紐 4を含むものであれば、上記のブラジャーと同様の作 用効果が発揮される。
発明の効果
[0074] 本発明のブラジャーに代表される女性用衣料は、着用時に血行が促進される等の 理由により、筋肉のタルミや皮膚のシヮを減少乃至解消し、或いはそれらの発生を予 防することができる。また、従来の女性用衣料と比べ、快適な着用感を有している。 図面の簡単な説明

発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0077] 次に本発明を、実施例を用いて説明するが、本発明はこれに限定されるものではな い。
実施例 1
[0078] 本発明のブラジャーの第 1形態を、次のようにして製造した（図 1, 2及び 7を参照)。
[0079] パワーネット生地 (伸縮性のある縦編み生地)力 なる脇バンド部 3、装飾性のある レース生地力 なる表生地およびマーキゼットからなる裏地より構成される土台部 2、 カップ部 1及び肩紐 4を備えたブラジャーと、マーキゼット生地力 なる第一部材 5及 び第二部材 6を用いた。第一部材 5及び第二部材 6の形状は、ともに直角三角形とし 、そのサイズは第一部材 5及び第二部材 6ともに縦 (垂辺） 8cm、横 (底辺） 5cmとした (例えば図 2を参照)。上記サイズは、 C (カップ） 75 (アンダーバスト寸法)の場合を 想定した。
[0080] 第一部材 5及び第二部材 6を、それぞれ次のようにして、脇バンド部 3の裏側及び 土台部 2の裏側に縫着した。
[0081] 第一部材 5の縦 (垂辺）方向は、土台部 2と脇バンド部 3との境界縫合部 (接合部） 8 を被うスパンテープ生地の下側 (テープ生地と脇バンド部生地の間）に挟み、テープ とともに縫い合わせた。第一部材 5の底辺は、脇バンド部 3の底辺を被覆するスパン テープ生地の下側 (テープ生地と脇バンド部生地の間）に挟み、テープとともに縫い 合わせた。第一部材 5の斜辺は、端部を折り返し、脇バンド部 3の生地に直接縫いつ けた。
[0082] また、第二部材 6の縦 (垂辺）方向は、接合部 8を被うスパンテープ生地の下側 (テ ープ生地と土台部生地の間）に挟み、テープとともに縫い合わせた。第二部材 6の底 辺は、土台部 2の底辺を被覆するスパンテープ生地の下側 (テープ生地と土台部生 地の間）に挟み、テープとともに縫い合わせた。第二部材 6の斜辺は、端部を折り返 し、土台部 2の生地に直接縫いつけた。

[0085] パワーネット生地 (伸縮性のある縦編み生地)力 なる脇バンド部 3、レース生地、編 地等の裏側にマーキゼット生地を裏貼りした土台部 2、カップ部 1及び肩紐 4を備えた ブラジャーと、マーキゼット素材力もなる第一部材 5を用いた。第一部材 5の形状は直 角三角形とし、そのサイズは縦 (垂辺） 8cm、横 (底辺） 5cmとした。上記サイズは C ( カップ）—75 (アンダーノスト寸法)の場合を想定した。
[0086] 第一部材 5を、次のようにして、脇バンド部 3の裏側に縫着した。

試験例 1
[0089] 上記実施例 1で製造されたブラジャーを、モニター (40代〜 50代の女性 6名）に着 用したところ、表 1のような評価結果が得られた。結果は、次の A〜Cに該当するとモ 二ター人数で評価した。

[0092] 上記のように、全身 (特に、顔部分、上半身、下半身等）において筋肉や皮膚に張 りができ、シヮゃタルミが減少乃至解消されることが分力つた。また、ほとんど圧迫感 や締め付け感がなぐ肩や腕が軽くなり、呼吸がし易くなる等の快適な着用感を有す ることも明らかとなった。
[0093] 上記実施例 2で製造されたブラジャーについても同様の評価結果が得られた。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 乳房を収納するカップ部、該カップ部を固定する土台部、体側から背面を覆う伸縮 性を有する脇バンド部、及び肩紐を有する女性用衣料であって、広背筋脇部を持ち 上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第一部材が、着用時に該第一部材が広背筋脇 部に当接するように前記脇バンド部に配設され、かつ、大胸筋脇部を持ち上げるた めの非伸縮性生地よりなる第二部材が、着用時に該第二部材が大胸筋脇部に当接 するように前記土台部に配設されてなる女性用衣料。
[2] 前記第一部材が略三角形をなし、着用時にその一辺が広背筋脇部に当接するよう に前記脇バンド部に配設され、かつ、前記第二部材が略三角形をなし、着用時にそ の一辺が大胸筋脇部に当接するように前記土台部に配設されてなる請求項 1に記載 の女性用衣料。
[3] 前記第一部材が略直角三角形をなし、着用時にその斜辺が広背筋脇部に当接す るように前記脇バンド部に配設され、かつ、前記第二部材が略直角三角形をなし、着 用時にその斜辺が大胸筋脇部に当接するように前記土台部に配設されてなる請求 項 2に記載の女性用衣料。
[4] 前記の略直角三角形をなす第一部材の底辺が前記脇バンド部の底辺に接してお り、該第一部材の垂辺が前記土台部と前記脇バンド部の接合部に接しており、かつ、 前記の略直角三角形をなす第二部材の底辺が前記土台部の底辺に接しており、該 第二部材の垂辺が前記土台部と前記脇バンド部の接合部に接している請求項 3に 記載の女性用衣料。
[5] 前記の略直角三角形をなす第一部材の底辺が 4〜8cm程度であり、該第一部材 の垂辺が 5〜 10cm程度であり、かつ、前記の略直角三角形をなす第二部材の底辺 力 S4〜8cm程度であり、該第二部材の垂辺が 5〜10cm程度である請求項 3に記載 の女性用衣料。
[6] 前記第一部材及び第二部材の素材がマーキゼットである請求項 1に記載の女性用 衣料。
[7] 前記第二部材が土台部の一部である請求項 1に記載の女性用衣料。
[8] 前記女性用衣料が、ブラジャー、ボディースーツ、ブラスリップ、キャミソール及び水 着力 なる群より選ばれる少なくとも 1種である請求項 1に記載の女性用衣料。
[9] 乳房を収納するカップ部、該カップ部を固定する土台部、体側から背面を覆う伸縮 性を有する脇バンド部、及び肩紐を有する女性用衣料の製法であって、広背筋脇部 を持ち上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第一部材を、着用時に該第一部材が広背 筋脇部に当接するように前記脇バンド部に配設するステップと、大胸筋脇部を持ち上 げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第二部材を、着用時に該第二部材が大胸筋脇部 に当接するように前記土台部に配設するステップとを備えた女性用衣料の製法。
[10] 乳房を収納するカップ部、該カップ部を固定する非伸縮性生地よりなる土台部、体 側から背面を覆う伸縮性を有する脇バンド部、及び肩紐を有する女性用衣料であつ て、広背筋脇部を持ち上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第一部材が、着用時に該 第一部材が広背筋脇部に当接するように前記脇バンド部に配設されてなる女性用衣 料。
[11] 前記第一部材が略三角形をなし、着用時にその一辺が広背筋脇部に当接するよう に前記脇バンド部に配設されてなる請求項 10に記載の女性用衣料。
[12] 前記第一部材が略直角三角形をなし、着用時にその斜辺が広背筋脇部に当接す るように前記脇バンド部に配設されてなる請求項 11に記載の女性用衣料。
[13] 前記の略直角三角形をなす第一部材の底辺が前記脇バンド部の底辺に接してお り、該第一部材の垂辺が前記土台部と前記脇バンド部の接合部に接している請求項 12に記載の女性用衣料。
[14] 前記の略直角三角形をなす第一部材の底辺が 4〜8cm程度であり、該第一部材 の垂辺が 5〜10cm程度である請求項 12に記載の女性用衣料。
[15] 前記第一部材の素材がマーキゼットである請求項 10に記載の女性用衣料。
[16] 前記女性用衣料が、ブラジャー、ボディースーツ、ブラスリップ、キャミソール及び水 着力もなる群より選ばれる少なくとも 1種である請求項 10に記載の女性用衣料。
[17] 乳房を収納するカップ部、該カップ部を固定する非伸縮性生地よりなる土台部、体 側から背面を覆う伸縮性を有する脇バンド部、及び肩紐を有する女性用衣料の製法 であって、広背筋脇部を持ち上げるための非伸縮性生地よりなる第一部材を、着用 時に該第一部材が広背筋脇部に当接するように前記脇バンド部に配設するステップ を備えた女性用衣料の製法。
