Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Detektion mindestens eines Moleküls (212) in einer Lösung in einem Reak­tionsreservoir eines Mikrofluidik-Chips mit einem Boden, wobei a) das zu detektierende Molekül mit mit geeigneten Antikörpern beschichteten Kügelchen (210) und mit farbstoffmarkierten Se­kundärantikörpern (214) in Kontakt gebracht wird, b) wobei es sich bei dem farbstoffmarkierten Sekundärantikörper (214) bevorzugt um einen Antikörper handelt, der durch die Bin­dung an das zu detektierende Molekül fluoreszenzfähig wird, c) wobei das zu detektierende Molekül mit den genannten Sub­stanzen bindet, d) wobei sich ein Komplex (216) aus zu detektierendem Molekül, Kügelchen und farbstoffmarkierten Sekundärantikörpern bildet, und e) wobei dieser Komplex sedimentiert und am Boden nachgewiesen wird.
