Le dispositif de fixation présente au niveau de l'extrémité de l'élément d'insertion, opposée à l'ouverture d'entrée de l'orifice (2), une gorge (18) qui entoure au moins partiellement le côté extérieur de l'élément d'insertion (1). Le dispositif comprend en outre un élément de rappel (15) de préférence plat qui s'encliquette au moins partiellement dans la gorge (18).
