Abstract

On décrit des centrales énergétiques d'origine éolienne (5), ondulatoire (34/41) et électrique (35) présentant différents types de fondations (3/25/4) et destinées à la production d'électricité et de piles à combustible, ainsi que les procédés de fabrication, de transport, d'installation et d'exploitation pour des coûts réduits. Les centrales énergétiques éolienne, ondulatoire et électrique de l'invention, ainsi que leurs fondations sont généralement transportés en pièces détachées depuis l'usine par des navire-grues et assemblées en mer, des câbles sous-marins étant utilisés pour les arrimer à différents types d'unités. Les centrales énergétiques éolienne (5), ondulatoire (34/41) et électrique (35), accompagnées de leurs fondations en tour (3/25/4) sont assemblées en usine ou à quai, selon deux ou trois configurations de centrales énergétiques montées ou séparées, puis transportées par un porte-mât (1) ou un dock flottant (9) jusqu'au parc d'exploitation où elles seront installées. Ainsi, les centrales énergétiques montées sont disposées à intervalles réguliers, et les centrales énergétiques séparées se trouvent entre les centrales énergétiques montées ou à l'extérieur de celles-ci, ce qui permet de réunir les centrales énergétiques par des câbles aériens (49), et d'assurer leur maintien par le bateau d'appontage (105), avec l'utilisation de l'échelle coulissante (104), du plongeur de service et des sas écluseurs (62), ou par hélicoptère ou le porte-mât (1). Les centrales énergétiques peuvent être exploitées à partir d'une installation de contrôle télécommandée, dont l'assemblage des équipements électroniques est centralisé. La fabrication des pièces détachées des centrales énergétiques (5/34/41/35) et le transport par porte-mât (1) sont ainsi meilleur marché.
