本实用新型是涉及利用风能的一种发电装置。
背景技术
电力工业是国民经济的支柱型产业之一,目前广泛应用的发电方式是水利发电和火力发电。建电站的工程量很大,运行维护费用很高,尤其是火力发电,环境污染严重。风力发电作为一种洁净能源,由于受到发电成本的限制,发展的阻力大,在能源业中所占份额不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种容易建造、成本较低、风能利用率较高、无环境污染的多层水平风车式发电塔。
可采取以下技术方案实现目的:多层水平风车式风力发电塔,包括塔架、多层水平风车及发电机组,其特征在于:主体结构为钢结构塔架,下部设有4根斜撑杆,上部设多层水平转动的风车。风车为6根风桨,上下圆形轨道,支撑和钢索组装而成。桨叶偏心安装在桨杆上,可以围桨杆转动角度,相邻两层风车的桨叶为反方向对称设置。
相对现有技术具有如下优点和效果:容易制造,运输、安装无需大型机械,成本较低,风能利用率高,无环境污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
实施例:多层水平风车式风力发电塔,包括塔架、多层水平风车及发电机组,塔架1下部设4根斜撑杆2,起到稳定塔架的作用,塔架上部设多层水平转动的风车3,每层风车均为6根风桨9,上、下圆形轨道5、4,支撑11和钢索10组装而成。风桨包括桨杆6、桨叶8和斜拉杆7。其中桨杆6的内端安装在圆形轨道4上,斜拉杆7的内端安装在上圆形轨道5上,外端与桨杆中部连接,支撑11及装在桨杆外端的钢索10使其成为牢固整体,在安装于塔架上的承重轮上作圆周运动。桨叶8偏心安装在桨杆6上,可以围桨杆6转动角度,在弹簧的控制下,静止时桨叶与水平的夹角为40度左右,并可以随风改变其大小。在风的作用下,由于桨叶的偏心设置,风车一侧的桨叶围桨杆转动,在弹簧的控制下,翻转成垂直角度,以获取最大迎风面积。同时,另一侧的桨叶的弹簧的控制下恢复到40度左右,风力越大,其角度越小,以减小阻力。利用风车两侧桨叶对风的阻力的差异使风车转动,由圆形轨道与发电机组间的传动装置驱动发电机发电。相邻两层风车的桨叶为反方向对称设置,以使相邻两层风车的转动方向相反,从而减小塔架所承受的剪力。
