Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de la fabrication de matériaux de construction et notamment à la fabrication de blocs de béton. L'invention permet d'augmenter la résistance des blocs multicouches. Le procédé comprend le remplissage d'une forme avec du béton provenant d'une trémie, son compactage par vibration, le déplacement des formes le long d'une chaîne, le séchage des blocs dans les formes pendant le déplacement, le refroidissement des formes et l'extraction des blocs à partir des formes. La forme est réalisée avec des alvéoles doubles, avec des fonds d'insertion sur lesquels on dispose préalablement une matrice de couche de face, et l'on remplit en même temps deux alvéoles doubles de la forme; on forme une première couche de béton, on déplace la forme d'un pas égal à la largeur de l'échelle, on contrôle la position de la paire d'alvéoles suivante par rapport à la trémie, on remplit dans l'ordre toutes les paires des alvéoles de la forme, et on effectue le compactage de la première couche par la génération de vibrations dans la forme. On enlève ensuite la forme d'en dessous de la première trémie, on pose sur la première couche de béton compactée une couche thermo-isolante, on perce les deux couches ainsi formées avec des tiges de connexion en les montant à des angles différents dans le plan vertical, en laissant des extrémités libres, on rapproche la forme de la première trémie, on la remplit en dosant pour chaque paire d'alvéoles, on remplit les formes d'alvéoles doubles, on déplace la forme d'un pas égal à la largeur de l'alvéole, et on compacte la deuxième couche par vibrations.
