新型 LED照明灯 技术领域
本发明属于 LED照明灯装置领域, 尤其是一种新型 LED照明灯。 背景技术
目前,通用的 LED照明装置的每一个 LED灯都是通过一个驱动电路来发 光的, 整体的 LED照明装置又设置有一个总的电源装置。 这种结构的 LED照 明装置存在的问题是: 1、 结构复杂, 由于除了 LED灯之外还需要大量的驱 动装置, 因此体积很大; 2、 由于大量驱动装置的存在, 功耗很大; 3、 成本 高; 4、 由于电路结构复杂和体积大的原因, 限制了 LED照明装置的应用领 域。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电路结构简单、 功耗小、 成本低廉而且应用范 围广泛的一种新型 LED照明灯。
本发明的技术方案是: 新型 LED照明灯, 包括壳体, 其特征是在壳体内 '设置有 LED灯板、 恒流装置和整流桥电路, 在 LED灯板上设置有一列或数列 并联连接的 LED灯列, 每一列 LED灯列由数个 LED灯串联连接组成, 相互并 联的 LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端 , 恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端 延长到壳体的外部。
所述的 LED灯为表贴灯或直插 LED灯或 LED管芯。
所述的 LED灯板为 PCB板。
本发明的效果是: 新型 LED照明灯, 在壳体内设置有 LED灯板、 恒流装 置和整流桥电路, 在 LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的 LED灯列, 相 互并联的 LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置, 另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输 出端, 恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连, 整流桥电路的 输入端延长到壳体的外部。 整流桥电路和恒流装置的组合, 能够使 LED照明 灯在没有驱动装置的情况下, 正常工作。 由于本发明减少了以往 LED照明装 置存在的大量驱动电路, 能够减小 LED照明装置的体积、 降低功耗和制作成 本,与现有的 LED照明装置相比,同等条件下,成本降低 30%,功耗降低 40%。 由于体积的减小, 应用范围也有了很大扩展。

实施例 1 : 图 1中, 新型 LED照明灯, 包括壳体 1, 在壳体内设置有 LED 灯板 4、 恒流装置 3和整流桥电路 2 , 在 LED灯板 4上设置有数列并联连接 的 LED灯列,每一列 LED灯列包括数个 LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的 LED 灯列的一端连接有恒流装置 3, 另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端 6 , 恒 流装置 3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端 6相连(参见图 2 )。整流桥 电路 2的输入端 7延长到壳体 1的外部。 LED灯 5为表贴灯, LED灯板 4为 PCB板。
实施例 2: 图 1中, 新型 LED照明灯, 包括壳体 1 , 在壳体内设置有 LED 灯板 4、 恒流装置 3和整流桥电路 2, 在 LED灯板 4上设置有数列并联连接 的 LED灯列,每一列 LED灯列包括数个 LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的 LED 灯列的一端连接有恒流装置 3 , 另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端 6, 恒 流装置 3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端 6相连(参见图 2 )。整流桥 电路 2的输入端 7延长到壳体 1的外部。 LED灯 5为直插 LED灯, LED灯板 4 为 PCB板。
实施例 3: 图 1中, 新型 LED照明灯, 包括壳体 1, 在壳体内设置有 LED 灯板 4、 恒流装置 3和整流桥电路 2 , 在 LED灯板 4上设置有数列并联连接 的 LED灯列,每一列 LED灯列包括数个 LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的 LED 灯列的一端连接有恒流装置 3 , 另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端 6, 恒 流装置 3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端 6相连(参见图 2 )。整流桥 电路 1的输入端 7延长到壳体 1的外部。 LED灯 5为 LED管芯, LED灯板 4 为 PCB板。

权利要求
1. 新型 LED照明灯, 包括壳体, 其特征是在壳体内设置有 LED灯板、 恒流装置和整流桥电路,在 LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的 LED灯 列, 每一列 LED灯列由数个 LED灯串联连接组成, 相互并联的 LED灯列的一 端连接有恒流装置, 另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端, 恒流装置的另一 端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端延长到壳体的外 部。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的新型 LED照明灯, 其特征是所述的 LED灯为 表贴灯或直插 LED灯或 LED管芯。。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的新型 LED照明灯, 其特征是所述的 LED 灯板为 PCB板。
