Abstract

一种电路结构简单、功耗小、成本低廉而且应用范围广泛的一种新型LED照明灯。技术方案是:包括壳体,其特征是在壳体内设置有LED灯板、恒流装置和整流桥电路,在LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列由数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端,恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端延长到壳体的外部。

技术领域
本实用新型属于LED照明灯装置领域,尤其是一种新型LED照明灯。
背景技术
目前,通用的LED照明装置的每一个LED灯都是通过一个驱动电路来发光的,整体的LED照明装置又设置有一个总的电源装置。这种结构的LED照明装置存在的问题是:1、结构复杂,由于除了LED灯之外还需要大量的驱动装置,因此体积很大;2、由于大量驱动装置的存在,功耗很大;3、成本高;4、由于电路结构复杂和体积大的原因,限制了LED照明装置的应用领域。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电路结构简单、功耗小、成本低廉而且应用范围广泛的一种新型LED照明灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:新型LED照明灯,包括壳体,其特征是在壳体内设置有LED灯板、恒流装置和整流桥电路,在LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列由数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端,恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端延长到壳体的外部。
所述的LED灯为表贴灯或直插LED灯或LED管芯。
所述的LED灯板为PCB板。
本实用新型的效果是:新型LED照明灯,在壳体内设置有LED灯板、恒流装置和整流桥电路,在LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的LED灯列,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端,恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端延长到壳体的外部。整流桥电路和恒流装置的组合,能够使LED照明灯在没有驱动装置的情况下,正常工作。由于本实用新型减少了以往LED照明装置存在的大量驱动电路,能够减小LED照明装置的体积、降低功耗和制作成本,与现有的LED照明装置相比,同等条件下,成本降低30%,功耗降低40%。由于体积的减小,应用范围也有了很大扩展。
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。

具体实施方式
实施例1:图1中,新型LED照明灯,包括壳体1,在壳体内设置有LED灯板4、恒流装置3和整流桥电路2,在LED灯板4上设置有数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列包括数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置3,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端6,恒流装置3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端6相连(参见图2)。整流桥电路2的输入端7延长到壳体1的外部。LED灯5为表贴灯,LED灯板4为PCB板。
实施例2:图1中,新型LED照明灯,包括壳体1,在壳体内设置有LED灯板4、恒流装置3和整流桥电路2,在LED灯板4上设置有数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列包括数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置3,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端6,恒流装置3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端6相连(参见图2)。整流桥电路2的输入端7延长到壳体1的外部。LED灯5为直插LED灯,LED灯板4为PCB板。
实施例3:图1中,新型LED照明灯,包括壳体1,在壳体内设置有LED灯板4、恒流装置3和整流桥电路2,在LED灯板4上设置有数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列包括数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置3,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端6,恒流装置3的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端6相连(参见图2)。整流桥电路2的输入端7延长到壳体1的外部。LED灯5为LED管芯,LED灯板4为PCB板。

Claims (3)

1、新型LED照明灯,包括壳体,其特征是在壳体内设置有LED灯板、恒流装置和整流桥电路,在LED灯板上设置有一列或数列并联连接的LED灯列,每一列LED灯列由数个LED灯串联连接组成,相互并联的LED灯列的一端连接有恒流装置,另一端连接整流桥电路的一个输出端,恒流装置的另一端与整流桥电路的另一个输出端相连,整流桥电路的输入端延长到壳体的外部。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型LED照明灯,其特征是所述的LED灯为表贴灯或直插LED灯或LED管芯。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的新型LED照明灯,其特征是所述的LED灯板为PCB板。
