Abstract

L'invention concerne des dispositifs biocompatibles implantables de type valvules cardiaques prothétiques synthétiques. Une conception de valvule cardiaque aortique à trois valves comprend trois valves portées sur une structure. Les valves sont composées d'un certain nombre de couches, chaque couche étant formée par séchage d'une couche de solution polymère dans une forme préférée, différente de la forme préférée des autres couches. La valvule peut ainsi présenter différentes configurations dans lesquelles une ou plusieurs couches présentent une configuration de contrainte minimale. Ces configurations permettent de doter les valves d'une plus grande flexibilité. Une configuration de valvule cardiaque partiellement ouverte est également décrite, selon laquelle ladite valvule présente des renflements en amont dans les régions sous-commissurales de la valvule, pour une ouverture et un nettoyage de la valvule améliorés. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production de ladite valvule, dans lequel une couche de la valvule est distendue afin que soit appliquée une couche de matériau poreux par électrofilage.
