Description

METHOD FOR MANAGING ON-LINE KNOWLEDGE COMMUNITY AND SYSTEM FOR ENABLING THE METHOD
Technical Field The present invention relates to method and system for operating an online knowledge community. More particularly, the present invention relates to method and system for operating an online knowledge community, which can generate a knowledge point by evaluating knowledge from various angles and expressing it in numbers and generate a user point by evaluating a user who has registered knowledge from various angles and expressing it in numbers and enable both the knowledge point and the user point to interact in a process of generation thereof.
Background Art Online services providing users with knowledge such as the Internet are generalized. Thus, users can ask a help to another users through a question and can obtain an answer to the question by using such services. Recently, as this type of online knowledge community becomes very active, the quantity of knowledge provided to a user also increases by geometric progression.
Thus, in many cases, the user cannot find knowledge that he/she wants expeditiously from such enormous knowledge. Also, if it happens frequently, utility ratio of users shall decrease less and less. In order to solve the above problem, there is currently provided an online knowledge community on the Internet. The online knowledge community adopts a method for providing a user with knowledge by evaluating knowledge, giving a point to the evaluated knowledge and sorting the knowledge based on the point, or a method for providing a user with knowledge by evaluating a knowledge registrant, giving a point to the evaluated knowledge registrant and sorting the knowledge registrant based on the point. However, according to the above method, knowledge is not appropriately evaluated due to simplicity of an element computing an evaluation point with respect to knowledge. Thus, frequently, high ranking knowledge which is preferentially provided to a user may be not what the user wants. Or, the user may be not satisfied with evaluation for the knowledge. Likewise, a knowledge registrant is not appropriately evaluated due to simplicity of an element computing an evaluation point with respect to the knowledge registrant. Thus, frequently, a high ranking knowledge registrant may be not what the user wants. Or, the user may be not satisfied with evaluation for the knowledge registrant. Also, an online knowledge community according to the prior art is being operated such that an evaluation point for knowledge and the same for a knowledge registrant are computed separately or act unilaterally. Korean Patent Registration No.
10-0415177 disclose a method for providing information using a network in which the information is shared among community constituents by systematically operating and evaluating an original work provided thereto and an information creator and computing a ranking. According to the aforementioned method, an original work created by a creator and activity of a constituent are evaluated by constituents consisting of a plurality of information users and a plurality of information creators. Also, a ranking is computed based on the evaluation and benefits corresponding to the ranking are provided to each of constituents. However, the aforementioned method also adopts a method 1) computing an evaluation point for knowledge and the same for a knowledge registrant separately, or 2) enabling only the evaluation point for knowledge to act in computing the evaluation point for the knowledge registrant. That is, it is same when a qualified user evaluates knowledge registered by another user and when a general user evaluates the same.
Thus, although there is difference in subjects evaluating the knowledge, evaluation points thereto will be computed same. Like above, since an evaluation point for knowledge is computed uniformly, there is a problem that it is hard to find out truly useful knowledge. Also, the aforementioned method also adopts only a method controlling a grade of a constituent by receiving a selection of a constituent grade control icon from another constituent, in controlling a grade of one constituent. That is, the grade of the constituent can be upgraded by receiving a plurality of selections of the constituent grade control icon only. In this case, evaluation for constituents is not completed fairly.
Thus, the problem of the prior art that it is hard to provide knowledge registered by a qualified user to another user still exists. Accordingly, there is required the advent of new technology which can efficiently find out more useful knowledge by evaluating both knowledge and a user who has registered the knowledge using various elements, generating points, and enabling a knowledge point and user point to interact in a process of computation thereof.
Disclosure of Invention Technical Goals The present invention is conceived to solve the aforementioned problems.
Thus, the present invention provides method and system for operating an online knowledge community, which can preferentially provide a user with useful knowledge by sorting knowledge in accordance with more accurate knowledge points, using various elements in computing knowledge points, and enable the user to find out knowledge what he/she wants expeditiously. The present invention also provides method and system for operating an online knowledge community, which can preferentially provide another user with knowledge registered by a qualified user by sorting users who have registered knowledge in accordance with more accurate user points, using various elements in computing user points, and enable the another user to find out knowledge what he/she wants expeditiously. The present invention also provides method and system for operating an online knowledge community, which can compute a more accurate knowledge point and user point by adopting a recursive type of method enabling the both to interact in computing a knowledge point and a user point, and thereby, enabling a user point of a user who has frequently registered useful knowledge to be computed high and enabling a knowledge point of knowledge evaluated useful by the user having a high user point to be computed high, and find out truly useful knowledge by using the computed knowledge point and user point. The present invention also provides method and system for operating an online knowledge community, which can enhance participation of users and stimulate activities of the online knowledge community by computing a more accurate knowledge point and user point using various elements and giving benefits to a user who has registered truly useful knowledge in accordance with the computed knowledge point and user point.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention Hereinafter, method and system for operating an online knowledge community according to the present invention will be fully described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a view illustrating a network connection of a system for operating an online knowledge community according to the present invention. Users access an online knowledge community operating system 100 through a wired/wireless communication network by using a user terminal 110a or 110b and input new knowledge. Also, users input evaluation for another knowledge existing in the online knowledge community operating system 100, an opinion thereabout, a request for scrap thereof, or a request for investment therein. The online knowledge community operating system 100 generates total knowledge point information on the knowledge by reflecting users' evaluation. Also, the online knowledge community operating system 100 generates user point information of a user who has registered the knowledge by using the total knowledge point information. Meanwhile, in case that a user point of a user who has inputted the evaluation is more than a predetermined numerical value, the online knowledge community operating system 100 reflects the evaluation and gives weight in generating the total knowledge point information. Also, in case that a search query is received from a user, the online knowledge community operating system 100 searches for knowledge corresponding to the search query and transmits the searched knowledge to the user terminal 110a or 110b after sorting the knowledge in accordance with the total lαiowledge point information. Meanwhile, it is apparent to those skilled in the related art that the online knowledge community operating system 100 can be integrated into an Internet search service system. FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for operating an online knowledge community according to one embodiment of the present invention. The online knowledge community operating method according to the present embodiment is supported at the online knowledge community operating system. In step 201, the online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment receives knowledge from a first user. The online knowledge community operating system receives evaluation for the knowledge from a second user in step 202a, and generates knowledge evaluation point information associated with the knowledge in step 202b. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online knowledge community operating system may further perform generating total reference number information (not illustrated) by counting the number of times that the knowledge is referred. In this case, the online knowledge community operating system may generate evaluation number information by counting the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received from the second user and generate the knowledge evaluation point information by using the evaluation number information over the total reference number information. In evaluating any knowledge, that the number of references to the knowledge is high does not always mean that the knowledge is useful. For example, although the knowledge is not useful, the number of references thereto may be high since it has been registered for a long term. Also, since the knowledge includes a sensational story or a rumor, it may attract the public's attention. Thus, the number of references thereto may be high. Also, in evaluating any lαiowledge, that the number of evaluation for the knowledge is high does not always mean that the knowledge is useful. For example, although the knowledge is not useful, the number of evaluation may be high since it has been registered for a long term or since there is a lot of negative evaluation. Accordingly, it is necessary to measure how much users have shown their willingness to evaluate the knowledge and to reflect the measured facts in the evaluation. This is to evaluate value of knowledge accurately. The present embodiment follows such necessity. Thus, the online knowledge community operating system can generate total reference number information on lαiowledge and measure value of the knowledge by measuring evaluation number information over the total reference number information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online knowledge community operating system can count only the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received, in generating the evaluation number information. For example, the criterion may be a certain point in giving a point by each evaluation. For example, in case that an evaluation point about lαiowledge is set 0 to 5 points, the online knowledge community operating system can count only the number of times that evaluation of 4 or 5 points is received, in generating the evaluation number information. Also, in case that evaluation for knowledge is divided into "good" and "bad", the online knowledge community operating system can count only the number of times that "good" evaluation is received, in generating the evaluation number information. Thus, although the number of evaluation for knowledge is high, negative evaluation may be more than affirmative one. According to the present embodiment, there is an effect that it is possible to generate the knowledge evaluation point information more accurately by measuring only affirmative evaluation number information over total reference number information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the knowledge evaluation point information may be generated by an expression such as "the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received/the total number of references + the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received/the total number of evaluation for lαiowledge". According to the present embodiment, more accurate lαiowledge evaluation point information can be generated by considering both how many affirmative evaluation points certain knowledge has received and how much users have shown their willingness to evaluate the knowledge. In steps 203a and 203b, respectively, the online lαiowledge community operating system receives an opinion about the knowledge from a third user and generates opinion point information associated with the lαiowledge. At this time, the opinion is not simple evaluation for the knowledge, but the user's intention, such as agreement to the knowledge, disagreement thereto, supplement thereto and the like. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the opinion point information can be generated differentially based on a kind of the opinion. This will be described later. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the opinion point information may be generated by an expression such as "an opinion point about knowledge/the total number of references". According to the present embodiment, more accurate opinion point information can be generated by considering how much users have shown their willingness to express their opinions about the knowledge. In steps 204a and 204b, the online knowledge community operating system receives a request for scrap of the knowledge from a fourth user and generates scrap point information associated with the knowledge. At this time, the request for scrap is to refer to knowledge registered by another user. In case that a scrap icon on a user interface is clicked from a user terminal, the request for scrap can be received by the online knowledge community operating system. The user interface is provided when the knowledge is referred to. According to one embodiment of the present embodiment, the scrap point information may be generated by an expression such as "the number of times that lαiowledge is scrapped/the total number of references". According to the present embodiment, more accurate scrap point information can be generated by considering how much users have shown their willingness to refer to the knowledge. In step 205, the online lαiowledge community operating system determines whether the lαiowledge has been written directly by the first user and generates direct writing point information associated with the lαiowledge. According to one embodiment of the present embodiment, the online knowledge community operating system can generate the direct writing point information only in case that the first user has written the knowledge directly. For example, in case of direct writing, one point can be added and, otherwise, 0 point can be given. That is, a higher point is given to knowledge directly written by a user rather than knowledge written by another user. Thus, there is an effect that it is possible to encourage users to write knowledge and fiirther activate an online knowledge community. In step 206, the online knowledge community operating system generates total knowledge point information by using the knowledge evaluation point information, the opinion point information, the scrap point information and the direct writing point information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the total knowledge point information may be generated by an expression such as "acknowledge evaluation point information + b*opinion point information + c*scrap point information + d*direct writing point information". In this case, the a to d are weight information associated with the knowledge evaluation point information, the opinion point information, the scrap point information and the direct writing point information, respectively. The online knowledge community operating system can control influence of each element appropriately by flexibly adjusting the weight information. In the meantime, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the total knowledge point information can be generated by further using investment point information about the knowledge. Detailed description related thereto will be described later. In step 207, the online knowledge community operating system maintains a database including penalty information. The penalty information is associated with the first user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, in generating the direct writing point information in the step 205, in case that a user who has registered knowledge asserts that the user had written the knowledge directly, the online knowledge community operating system may first generate the direct writing point information and later impose penalty information when the insistence is later confirmed to be inappropriate. Hereinafter, it will be described. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating procedures of updating penalty information based on whether knowledge has been direct writing or indirect writing according to one embodiment of the present invention. In step 301, the online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment can provide the first user with a user interface through which the first user can select direct writing or indirect writing. The user interface can be provided to the first user when the first user registers knowledge. In step 302a, the online knowledge community operating system receives a selection of direct writing from the first user through the user interface. In step 302b, the online knowledge community operating system can generate the direct writing point information. In step 303, the online knowledge community operating system can receive confirmation from a predetermined operator as to whether the selection of the first user is appropriate. In step 304, the online knowledge community operating system can update the penalty information in case that it is confirmed that the selection is inappropriate and record the updated penalty information in the database. That is, the operator determines whether to impose penalty on the first user for information inputted by the first user and inputs a result of determination in the online knowledge community operating system of the present invention. Thus, in case that it is obvious that the first user wrote wrong information viciously or that writing includes a curse, abuse, or content against good public order and morals, penalty is imposed on the first user. According to the present embodiment, since penalty is imposed on a vicious user, there is an effect that it is possible to induce users not to do vicious writing. Also, reporting information about the writing (knowledge) is transmitted to the operator of the present invention when another users click a "report" button which is provided to the users together with the knowledge. After this, the operator reviews the knowledge and determines whether to impose penalty. Thus, in case that the operator determines that the knowledge has been registered not on purpose but by mistake, penalty is not imposed. For example, the operator can give the user who has written the knowledge an opportunity to vindicate oneself or let opinions exchanged between the user who has written the lαiowledge and the user who has reported. Based thereon, the operator can determine whether to impose penalty. According to the present embodiment, the direct writing point information used as one element in generating the total lαiowledge point information may act in generating the penalty information. The penalty information is used in generating user point information which will be described later. That is, in case that a user who has registered knowledge inappropriately asserts as to whether the lαiowledge is directly written by the user or not, a penalty is imposed on the user to have bad influence on the user point information of the user. According to the present embodiment, total knowledge point is not generated separately from a user point. An element associated with generation of the total knowledge point may act in generating the user point. Thus, there is an effect that evaluation for knowledge and the user can be performed more accurately. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the penalty information can be determined according to the number of penalty imposition over the number of log-ins of the first user. This embodiment will be described. The online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment generates total penalty number information by counting the number of times that penalty is imposed on the first user. Also, the online knowledge community operating system can generate total login number information by counting the number of times that the first user logs in the online knowledge community operating system. At this time, the number of penalty impositions may include the number of times that penalty is imposed on the first user by an operator of knowledge community, the number of times that an opinion registered by the first user is deleted, knowledge registered by the first user is deleted by the operator, and the like. The online knowledge community operating system generates the total penalty number information over the total login number information and generates the penalty information by using the generated total penalty number information. In step 207, the online knowledge community operating system records the generated penalty information in the database. FIG. 4 is a view illustrating one example of the database. As shown in drawing symbol 401, the number of penalty impositions on a user "B" is "7" and the number of logins is "200". Thus, the penalty information can be generated to be "7/200". In case of simply using only the number of times that penalty is imposed on a user, although penalty is not frequently imposed, penalty information is generated high since the user has been registered for a long time. Thus, it may cause user point information to be low. However, according to the present embodiment, penalty information is not generated by simply using only the number of times that penalty is imposed on a user, but generated by using the number of penalty impositions over the total number of logins. Thus, the higher not the absolute number of penalty imposition but frequency of penalty imposition is, the lower user point information is generated. Therefore, there is an effect that it is possible to obtain more accurate total user point information. In step 208, the online knowledge community operating system generates user point information on the first user by using the total knowledge point information and the penalty information. According to the present invention, total knowledge point information can be used as an element acting in generating user point information. That is, not only the total knowledge point information but user point information of a user who has registered the knowledge can be increased by various elements such as good evaluation for the knowledge, a lot of opinions thereabout, many references thereto, direct writing thereof, and the like. Thus, it is possible to find out more accurate and useful knowledge and a qualified user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online knowledge community operating system may further perform the step of maintaining a second database (no illustrated). The second database includes category expert point information associated with the first user. The category expert point information is about an activity point of a user within a particular category. That the user has given a lot of answers associated with the particular category implies that the user is well familiar with a field corresponding to the category. Also, that the number of adopted answers is high implies that the user is well evaluated by other users about knowledge for the field. For example, the category expert point information can be generated based on the number of answers and the number of adopted answers in the particular category. Also, it is apparent to those skilled in the related art that the category expert point information may be generated by various methods. FIG. 5 is a view illustrating one example of the second database. As illustrated in FIG. 5, the category expert point information can be generated by adding up Q/A expert point and open dictionary expert point. At this time, the Q/A expert point is a question-and-answer method and the open dictionary expert point is a general knowledge registering method. Meanwhile, it is also possible to generate the category expert point information by adding up expert point information in a plurality of categories. According to the present embodiment, there is provided a method for operating an online lαiowledge community, in which, in step 208, the online knowledge community operating system generates average value information on at least one of the total knowledge point information; generates ratio information of the category expert point information over the highest expert point information within a category associated with the category expert point information; and generates the user point information by using the average value information, the ratio information and the penalty information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the user point information may be generated by an expression such as "a*average value information of total knowledge point information - b*penalty information + c*category expert point information/highest expert point information within a category". In this case, the a to c are weight information associated with the average value information, the ratio information, and the penalty information, respectively. The online knowledge community operating system can control influence of each element appropriately by flexibly adjusting the weight information. Like above, in generating the user point information, in case that a user registers a plurality of knowledge, the online knowledge community operating system can use average value information of a plurality of total knowledge information on the knowledge. In this case, since the total knowledge point information may be changed continuously, it is preferable to periodically generate the average value information per predetermined time interval. Ratio information is generated as the category expert point information over highest expert point information within each category. The ratio information is used to make balance between categories. In case that the ratio information is not used, for example, in case that expert point information of a user "A" is "100" in "a category of cars" and that of a user "B" is "25" in "a category of Japanese", user point information of the user "A" may be generated higher than that of the user "B". However, in case that highest expert point information in "a category of cars" is "1000" and the same in "a category of Japanese" is "30", the expert point information of the user "A" is not much high from a comparative angle. Rather, the expert point information of the user "B" is very high. Thus, it is necessary to correct an error caused by the difference between categories by using the ratio information. The present embodiment reflects this necessity. According to the present embodiment, user point information can be generated by using penalty information and category expert point information as well as total knowledge point information. Thus, there is an effect that it is possible to find out a qualified user more accurately. According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community in which total knowledge point information influences generation of user point information and in case that evaluation for knowledge is received from a user whose the user point information is high, weight is given to the evaluation and thus, user point information can also influence generation of total knowledge point information. Hereinafter, it will be described. FIG. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for operating an online knowledge community according to the present embodiment. In steps 601 and 602, an online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment receives first lαiowledge from a first user and generates first total knowledge point information on the received first knowledge. In step 603, the online knowledge community operating system generates user point information on the first user by using the first total lαiowledge point information and records the user point information in a database. FIG. 7 is a view illustrating one example of the database. As illustrated in FIG. 7, the database includes user point information on users. In step 604a, the online knowledge community operating system receives second knowledge from a second user. The online knowledge community operating system receives evaluation for the second knowledge from the first user in step 604b, and generates evaluation number information by counting the number of times that the evaluation is received in step 604c. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online lαiowledge community operating system can count only the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received, as aforementioned. Thus, detailed description related thereto will be omitted. In step 605, the online knowledge community operating system determines whether the user point information is more than a predetermined numerical value by referring to the database. The numerical value can be determined flexibly by an operator of online knowledge community. In case that it is determined that the user point information is more than the predetermined numerical value, the online knowledge community operating system generates weight information associated with the evaluation number information in step 606, and generates knowledge evaluation point information associated with the second knowledge by using the weight information in step 607. Meanwhile, in case that it is determined that the user point information is under the predetermined numerical value, the online knowledge community operating system does not generate weight information. The online knowledge community operating system generates knowledge evaluation point information associated with the second knowledge by using the evaluation number information. In step 608, the online knowledge community operating system generates second total knowledge point information on the second knowledge by using the knowledge evaluation point information. In the present embodiment, in case that evaluation for knowledge is received from a user whose user point information is high, knowledge evaluation point information associated with the knowledge is generated high and total knowledge point information on the knowledge is also generated high. This is to embody a recursive type of an online knowledge community operating method in which user point information has influence on generation of total knowledge information. That is, in case that the first total knowledge point information on the first knowledge is generated high in the step 602, the user point information on the first user is also generated high in the step 603. Thus, in case that the user point records more than a predetermined numerical value and the first user evaluates the second knowledge, second total knowledge point information on the second knowledge is generated high in step 608. Also, user point information on the second user who has inputted the second knowledge can be generated high. Like above, in the online knowledge community operating method according to the present embodiment, evaluation for knowledge can influence evaluation for a user. On the contrary, evaluation for the user can influence evaluation for knowledge. Consequently, since evaluation for the user can influence evaluation for another user, evaluation for knowledge and the user can be completed organically. Thus, it is possible to find out truly useful lαiowledge and a qualified user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, total knowledge point information and user point information can be generated periodically per predetermined time interval. Also, the two can be generated by considering only numerical values at a point of the generation thereof, without considering previous numerical values. Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community, in which, in generating weight information in step 606, the online knowledge community operating system generates first weight information in case that the user point information is more than a first numerical value and generates second weight information in case that the second user point information is between a second numerical value and the first numerical value. At this time, the first and the second weight information is respectively different. For example, in case that the first numerical value is "200" and the second numerical value is "100", and in case that the user point information is "500", "multiply 3" can be generated as the first weight information. Also, in case that the user point information is "150", "multiply 2" can be generated as the second weight information. According to the present embodiment, differentiated weight can be given according to user point information. Thus, second total knowledge point information on the second knowledge can be generated more accurately. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online knowledge community operating system may further perform the step of generating total reference number information by counting the number of times that the second knowledge is referred. In this case, the online knowledge community operating system can generate the knowledge evaluation point information by using the evaluation number information over the total reference number information in step 607. In order to evaluate value of knowledge accurately, it is necessary to measure how much users have shown their willingness to evaluate the knowledge and to reflect the measurement in the evaluation. The present embodiment follows such necessity. Thus, the online knowledge community operating system can measure value of the second knowledge accurately by generating total reference number information on the second knowledge and measuring evaluation number information over the total reference number information. Also, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the knowledge evaluation point information can be generated by an expression such as "the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received/the total number of references + the number of times that evaluation more than a predetermined criterion is received/the total number of evaluation for knowledge". The expression and effects thereby have been described. Thus, further description will be omitted. According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community, in which the online knowledge community operating system further performs the steps of: generating the total reference number information by counting the number of times that the second knowledge is referred; receiving an opinion about the second knowledge from the first user; generating evaluation point information by adding up an evaluation point by the opinion; and generating opinion point information associated with the second knowledge by using the evaluation point information over the total reference number information; and the second total knowledge point information is generated by further using the opinion point information. At this time, the opinion is not simple evaluation for the knowledge, but agreement to the lαiowledge, disagreement thereto, supplement thereto and the like. Also, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the opinion point information can be generated by an expression such as "an opinion point about the second knowledge/the total number of references". According to the present embodiment, opinion point information can be generated more accurately by considering how much users have shown their willingness to express their opinions about the second lαiowledge. According to one embodiment of the present embodiment, the opinion point information can be generated differentially according to a kind of the opinion. Hereinafter, it will be described. In generating the evaluation point information, in case that the opinion is an agreement or supplementary opinion about the second knowledge, an online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment can generate weight information associated with the evaluation point and generate the evaluation point information by using the weight information. For example, in case that the opinion is an agreement opinion about the second knowledge, "multiply 3" can be generated as the weight information. In case that the opinion is a supplementary opinion, "multiply 2" can be generated as the weight information. The agreement opinion is the most affirmative opinion about the second knowledge. Although the supplementary opinion is not as affirmative as the agreement opinion, it is also a kind of affirmative opinion about the second knowledge. Thus, higher weight is given in comparison with other opinions. Also, the opinion point information can be generated more accurately. According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a recursive type of an online knowledge community operating method in which opinion point information associated with knowledge is generated high in case that an opinion about the knowledge is received from a user whose user point information is high. Hereinafter, it will be described. In generating the evaluation point information, an online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment can generate weight information associated with the evaluation point in case that the user point information is more than a predetermined numerical value by referring to the database. Also, the online knowledge community operating system can generate the evaluation point information by using the weight information. Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community, in which, in generating the weight information, the online knowledge community operating system generates first weight information in case that the user point information is more than a first numerical value and generates second weight information in case that the second user point information is between a second numerical value and the first numerical value. At this time, the first and the second weight information is respectively different. In the online knowledge community operating method according to the present embodiment, an opinion about knowledge can influence user point information. Also, user point information can influence total knowledge point information. That is, since evaluation for knowledge and the user can be completed organically, it is possible to find out truly useful knowledge and a qualified user. According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community, in which the online knowledge community operating system may further perform the steps of: generating total reference number information by counting the number of times that the second knowledge is referred; generating scrap number information by receiving a request for scrap of the knowledge from the first user and counting the number of received times; and generating scrap point information associated with the second knowledge by using the scrap number information over the total reference number information; and the second total knowledge point information is generated by further using the scrap point information. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the scrap point information can be generated by an expression such as "the number of times that knowledge is scrapped/the total number of references". According to the present embodiment, scrap point information can be generated more accurately by considering how much users have shown their willingness to refer to the knowledge. According to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a recursive type of online knowledge community operating method in which scrap point information associated with the knowledge is computed high in case that a request for scrap of knowledge is received from a user whose user point information is high. Hereinafter, it will be described. In generating the scrap point information, in case that the user point information is more than a predetermined numerical value, an online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment can generate weight information associated with the scrap number information. The online knowledge community operating system can generate the scrap point information by using the weight information. Meanwhile, according to one embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community, in which, in generating the weight information, the online knowledge community operating system generates first weight information in case that the user point information is more than a first numerical value and generates second weight information in case that the second user point information is between a second numerical value and the first numerical value and the first and the second weight information is respectively different. In the online knowledge community operating method according to the present embodiment, a request for scrap of knowledge can influence user point information.
Also, user point information can influence a request for scrap of knowledge.
Consequently, since evaluation for knowledge and the user can be completed organically, it is possible to find out truly useful knowledge and a qualified user. According to one embodiment, there is provided a method for operating an online knowledge community in which the online knowledge community operating system further performs the steps of: receiving a request for investment in the second knowledge from the first user; generating evaluation point information by adding up an evaluation point by the request for investment; generating total evaluation number information by counting the number of times that evaluation is received from the first user; and generating investment point information associated with the second knowledge by using the evaluation point information over the total evaluation number information; and the second total knowledge point information is generated by further using the investment point information. A request for investment in knowledge is a term usable in a knowledge investing game in which a user can invest a cyber point in knowledge and, in case that total knowledge point information on the knowledge increases, obtain more cyber points in proportion to the increased total knowledge point information. An online knowledge community operating system according to the present embodiment can determine that knowledge having received more requests for investment from users is more useful and generate total knowledge point information on the knowledge. According to the present embodiment, since an element generating total knowledge point information is added, useful knowledge can be found out more accurately. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the online knowledge community operating system can provide a user with lαiowledge by sorting the knowledge in accordance with total knowledge point information. Hereinafter, it will be described. In step 609, the online knowledge community operating system can record ϋ second total lαiowledge point information in a second database in association with the second knowledge. FIG. 8 is a view illustrating one example of the second database. In FIG. 8, knowledge identifiers 801 are used for identifying knowledge. As illustrated in FIG. 8, the second database can include total knowledge point information in association with knowledge identifiers. In step 610, the online knowledge community operating system can receive a search query from a third user. In step 611, the online knowledge community operating system can search for knowledge corresponding to the search query by referring to the second database. In this case, the online knowledge community operating system can perform the step 611 in a way of searching for a knowledge identifier of knowledge corresponding to the search query and searching for total knowledge point information associated with the searched knowledge identifier. In step 612, the online knowledge community operating system can generate a list of search results by sorting the searched knowledge in accordance with the second total knowledge point information. In step 613, the online lαiowledge community operating system can provide the third user with the list of search results. According to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide a user with knowledge by sorting the knowledge in ascending or descending of total knowledge point information which is accurately generated by various elements. Thus, the user can find out knowledge what he/she wants more expeditiously. While the number of evaluation for knowledge is high, there may be more negative evaluation. Thus, according to the present embodiment, there is an effect that it is possible to generate the knowledge evaluation point information more accurately by measuring only affirmative evaluation number information over total reference number information. The knowledge evaluation point information generating means 906 generates knowledge evaluation point information associated with the second knowledge by using the evaluation number information. In this case, the knowledge evaluation point information generating means 906 generates weight information associated with the evaluation number information in case that the user point information is more than a predetermined numerical value by referring to the database 903. Also, the knowledge evaluation point information generating means 906 generates the lαiowledge evaluation point information by using the weight information.
