L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage par ultrasons (1) qui comprend un logement (2) solidement fixé à une machine automatique, une soudeuse à ultrasons (4) montée dans le logement (2), et un ensemble de ressorts hélicoïdaux (5) montés entre le logement (2) et la soudeuse à ultrasons (4), et au moyen desquels la position d'une buse (11) est réglée automatiquement par rapport à la surface soudée de manière à être fermement maintenue en contact avec la surface tout au long de l'opération de soudage.
