Abstract

Un couvercle coiffant (20) pour conteneur de forme généralement rectangulaire (10) comporte un panneau supérieur généralement rectangulaire, et une jupe (24) jointe à, et dépendant de, la périphérie externe du panneau supérieur pour entrer en prise avec la bordure saillant vers l'extérieur (16) d'un conteneur afin de fixer de manière amovible le couvercle coiffant au conteneur. Le couvercle coiffant comporte une section fixe (34) et une section mobile (36). La section mobile (36) est reliée à la section fixe le long d'une charnière (38) de façon que la section mobile puisse être levée, en pivotant sur la charnière, tandis que la section fixe (34) reste fixée au conteneur. La section fixe du couvercle coiffant est structurée et agencée de manière à mettre en prise trois des quatre coins du conteneur, la charnière (38) s'étendant généralement en diagonale en travers du panneau supérieur et la section mobile étant structurée et agencée pour mettre en prise et hors prise le quatrième coin du conteneur.
