Ladite base est équipée de bornes et est revêtue sur l'extérieur par des circuits (3) de peinture électroconductrice, le circuit formé par la peinture électroconductrice (3) et (3') étant installé sous pression sur ladite base (2) au moyen de résines ou d'un matériau diélectrique.
