- the spring plate 1 has an outer radius 11 (FIG. 2) which is dimensioned such that a gap 12 (FIG. 4) is formed between the spring plate 1 and the piston 8. This ensures that damage to the spring plate 1 and the piston 8 in the area of the gap 12 is avoided in the case of relative movements between the piston 8 and the spring plate 1. In addition, the areas of the supports 9 and 10 are so large that there is minimal wear here in the case of relative movements between the piston 8 and the spring plate 1.
- the two spring plate halves 2 and 3 are placed on the underside 15 of the ring section 13 facing away from the piston crown, are exposed on their radial inside to an axial force acting in the direction of the piston crown 21 and thereby set in torsion so far that the radially inner edge region 16 of the spring plate halves 2, 3 comes to lie above the first support 10.
