图 18是本发明餐具实施例五, 另一种餐刀的结构立体图; 图 19是多个图 18所示餐刀迭合在一起的结构示意图。 实现本发明的最佳方式
本发明所提供的具有叉、 勺、 刀使用功能的餐具, 其相同结构部位均 用同一号码表示, 参照图 1、 图 10、 图 13, 其中 84为餐勺, 86为餐刀, 88为餐叉。这些餐具均由柄部 81和相应的食物取用部 82、 83 (颈部、指、 刀、 勺) 过渡相连融合组成, 构成一支加强型餐具, 整条柄部 81采用 M 型轮廓结构, 柄部 81的正面设有一条 V型槽 5, V型槽 5呈 V型弧形状 分别自里向外扩展与柄杆两侧外臂 1相交形成一定角度分别构成二个箭锥 面顶 3, 二个箭锥面顶 3共面等高并与柄外臂底面 1相连形成一支呈 M波 浪型加强操作柄部 81。
实施例一:
参照图 1、 图 2、 图 3, 所提供的是一种餐叉, 餐叉柄部 81的两个箭锥 面顶 3与柄两外臂 1和 V型加强槽 5向前延伸经过 V型加强槽过渡部分 7 形成向两侧延伸到功能部位 9、 11、 13, 逐渐变细与颈部交错融合相连接, 构成一个波浪形加强颈部 82。
如图 1所示, 颈部 82的 V形槽 7, 始于柄部 81头部的箭锥面顶 3的 两外侧, 呈曲线向下延伸与颈部 82的波浪型顶面 17、 13交错相连结束。
如图 1、 2、 3所示, 颈部 82的 V型曲线槽 9共面连接点构成一个 V 型箭锥面顶 15,从箭锥面顶 15与柄部 81的 V型槽 5底面交角线相连并向 柄尾部延伸逐渐变小结束在柄尾端 27止, 构成长条 M加强型柄杆, 柄尾 端呈半球面形状。
如图 4所示, 叉颈 82的二对 V型曲线槽 9、 11共面连接点构成一对相 连的 W型箭锥面顶 13,箭锥面顶点 13始点部位分别与叉颈一对曲线 V型 槽 7的底角线相连共面, 掌芯 V型曲线槽 9、 11分叉向前延伸经过过渡部 分 19、 21并逐渐由粗变细向操作部分叉指 23结合在一起构成加强微弧 V 型叉指部位 83。
如图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9所示, 餐具不仅在柄部 81各处能完全迭合在 一起, 而且在延伸扩展操作部 82、 83 也能部分迭合在一起, 从而使套装 餐具获得更稳固紧密的迭合, 此种结构使餐具包装迭高数量可达到最多, 包装强度达到最大, 占用包装空间降低到最少。
实施例二:
参照图 10、 图 11、 图 12, 所提供的是一种餐勺, 其柄部结构特征与餐 叉相同, 不再重复说明, M型柄 1、 3、 5部位向前延伸扩展操作部位 7、 17使整体强度增加, V型加强槽 5、 7向前逐渐变细, 结束在勺中部位置 与 23融合在一起, 构成一支加强型餐勺。
实施例三:
参照图 13、 图 14、 图 15, 所提供的是一种餐刀, 其柄部结构特征与餐 叉柄相同, 不再重复说明, M型刀柄 1、 3、 5部位向前延伸扩展至操作部 位 17,使刀片 23部位的强度增加, V型加强槽 5、 7向前逐渐变细部位 91、 结束在刀前端 92; 构成一支加强型餐刀。
在上述本发明餐具中, 柄部 81的中间部位要比两头部位略粗, 柄正面 呈 M型, 柄背面呈 W型, V型加强槽 5自柄 81中间部位向柄尾部方向逐 渐变细延伸消失在柄尾 27, 并与柄尾部 25融合在一起, 呈半球面状, 构 成一支加强型柄, 使柄杆具有更大的操作和餐具迭合定位作用强度。
实施例四: 参照图 16、 图 17, 本发明餐具的餐叉柄结构还可以进一步改进, 可沿 呈 M型结构的餐叉柄中间的纵向设置多个彼此相连的 W型结构, 可构成 一个卧式的波浪型结构的餐叉 88, 这种餐叉柄的刚性度更高, 多个同款餐 具叠合时更稳固, 如图 17所示。
实施例五:
参照图 18、 图 19, 本发明餐具的餐刀柄结构还可以进一步改进, 可沿 呈 M型结构餐刀柄中间的纵向设置多个彼此相连的 W型结构, 构成一个 卧式波浪型结构的餐刀 86, 这种餐刀柄的刚性度更高, 多个同款餐具叠合 时, 更稳固, 迭合后的结构如图 19所示。
餐勺的另一种勺柄结构与上述两种餐具的柄部结构相同, 不再进一步 说明。
本发明餐具在成型包装时, 参照图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9, 可将另一支 餐具背面 W型锥形面 36、 50、 52、 38、 40、 42、 44、 46等各凸型面对准 第一支餐具正面 M型锥形面 5、 7、 9、 11、 13、 19、 21等各凹型面, 由餐 具正面各 V型槽导向, 逐步向各同位点靠拢相接触, 并完全点面吻合, 同 款餐具迭合近是一个实体, 不同款餐具柄部迭合更趋紧密稳固, 从而减少 包装材料。
采用本发明餐具, 由于采用 V、M、 W加强型结构,各点面厚度均匀, 可采用注塑成型技术生产; 在同等级材料质量作比较, 其餐具的刚性强度 要提高一倍以上, 发明餐具还可采用金属材料一体化成型制作, 同样具有 节省材料和提高强度的效果。 若在同等级强度要求下制作可节省单支餐具 用料, 符合经济、 环保要求。

权 利 要 求 书 、 一种餐具, 包括餐具柄部、 与柄部过渡连接的食物取用部, 其特征在 于, 所述柄部的横截面呈 M型结构, M型柄部中间的 V形槽延伸至所 述食物取用部, 所述食物取用部中设有至少一条 V型槽; 柄部和食物取 用部共同构成加强型餐具。
、 根据权利要求 1 所述餐具, 其特征在于, 所述餐具是一种餐叉, 其柄 部(81) 的横截面呈 M型结构, 柄部(81) 的正面是一条 V型槽 (5), 所述 V型槽(5) 呈 V型弧形状分别自里向外扩展与柄部两侧外臂 (1) 相交分别构成二个箭锥面顶 (3), 二个箭锥面顶 (3) 共面等高并与柄 部外臂底面(1)相连形成一支 M波浪型的加强柄部(81); 与所述柄部 过渡连接的叉颈 (82)和多个叉指(23)构成食物取用部; 两个箭锥面 顶 3与柄两外臂 (1)和 V型槽(5) 向前延伸经过叉颈(82) 的过渡 V 型槽(7)形成向两侧延伸的波浪形的功能部位(9、 11、 13), 逐渐变细 与颈部交错融合相连接, 构成一个波浪形的加强叉颈 (82); 所述叉指
(23) 呈 V形结构, 分别分叉沿叉指 83头部向叉颈 (82)芯部呈弧形 状由细变粗, 微弧延伸会合与叉颈(82) 的波浪线面交错相连。
、 根据权利要求 1 所述餐具, 其特征在于, 所述餐具是一种餐勺, 其柄 部(81) 的横截面呈 M型结构, 柄部(81) 的正面是一条 V型槽 (5), 所述 V型槽(5)分别自里向外扩展与柄部两侧外臂(1)相交分别构成 二个箭锥面顶 (3), 二个箭锥面顶 (3)共面等高并与柄外臂底面 (1) 相连形成一支 M波浪型加强操作柄部(81);与柄部过渡连接的勺颈(82) 和勺 (23) 构成食物取用部; 所述 V型槽 (5) 延伸至所述勺的中部, 在所述勺颈(82)设有两条延伸至所述勺中部的 V型槽(7), 所述 V型 槽(7)和 V型槽(5)型的端部向前逐渐变细, 结束在勺中部位置, 构 成一支加强型餐勺。
、 根据权利要求 1 所述餐具, 其特征在于, 所述餐具是一种餐刀, 其柄 部 (81 ) 的横截面呈 M型结构, 柄部 (81 ) 的正面是一条 V型槽 (5 ), 所述 V型槽(5)分别自里向外扩展与柄部两侧外臂 (1 )相交分别构成 二个箭锥面顶 (3), 二个箭锥面顶 (3) 共面等高并与柄外臂底面 (1 ) 相连形成一支 M波浪型加强操作柄部(81 );与柄部过渡连接的刀部( 23 ) 构成食物取用部; 所述 V型槽 (5) 延伸至所述的刀部的前端, 在所述 刀部上设有一条 V型槽 (7), 所述 M型柄部的 (1、 3、 5)部位向前延 伸与 V型槽 (7、 17) 相组合, 使刀部 (23 ) 的强度增加, V型槽 (5、 7) 向前逐渐变细部位(15)、 结束在刀部的前端; 构成一支加强型餐刀。 、 根据权利要求 2所述餐具, 其特征在于, 所述柄部的正面呈 M型, 柄 部背面呈 W型, V型槽 (5 ) 自柄部 (81 ) 中间部位向柄尾部方向逐渐 变细延伸消失在柄尾 (27), 并与柄尾部 (25 ) 融合在一起, 呈半球面 状, 构成一支加强型柄部。
