If the canopy 5 is provided with one or more side walls 12 (see Fig. 6) , it may be advantageous for practical reasons to make it removable or pivotable, or at least partially collapsible, so that only the flat part of the canopy is adjusted, for example.

The result is that the operating and control elements 4 are be positioned inside or outside, as desired, whilst the vessel 1 requires less headway in that case . From Figs. 1, 2 and 3 it can furthermore be concluded that the canopy 5 is moved in longitudinal direction to the front, after which it is lowered onto a fixed roof 13 of a passenger accommodation, such as a living room, a galley, or a bedroom.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un bateau (2) comprenant une structure de support (13), une superstructure montée sur ladite structure de support, équipé d'éléments de fonctionnement et de commande (4) et d'un taud amovible (5). Ledit taud (5) est réglable au moins dans le sens vertical mais, de préférence, également dans le sens transversal ou longitudinal. Le réglage vertical le taud confère au bateau l'avantage d'un bateau à superstructure plus basse, et en raison de la quantité d'espace qui est en moyenne requise, un rayon plus large et les avantages d'un niveau de confort plus élevé, par exemple, plus de hauteur sous barrots disponible pour les passagers, en particulier dans la partie abri de navigation de la superstructure couverte. Dans ce cas, on peut utilise les mêmes commandes (4) pour naviguer à la fois à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.
