具体实施方式
实施例一, 参见图 1至图 7所示, 本发明的一种吸塑床, 它包括 床头 1、床尾 2、床板 3, 床板 3两端分别与床头 1、床尾 2可拆卸固 定相联接; 其中, 床头 1、 床尾 2是由前盖、 后盖、 填充体、 内衬件 构成, 以床头 1为例, 如图 2至图 7所示, 床头 1由前盖 11、 后盖 12、 填充体 13、 内衬件 14构成, 前盖 11、 后盖 12为吸塑或热压成 型加工而成的塑料前盖 11、塑料后盖 12;填充体 13采用塑料发泡填 充体; 内衬件 14为管件或挤出型材; 填充体 13及内衬件 14置于前 盖 11与后盖 12之间,前盖 11与后盖 12的边缘相互叠合,其叠合处 111采用焊接或胶水粘接相固定。
在制作过程中, 前盖 11、 后盖 42可以采用单层塑料板或多层塑 料板, 并按前盖 11、 后盖 12所需的形状、 尺寸经吸塑或热压成型加 工而成, 其形状如图 3、 图 4, 这样可以形成较好的外观形状, 当采 用单层塑料板时,其塑料板厚度可在 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间,使用的 材料可以为 ABS、 PP、 PS等; 当采用多层塑料板时, 其塑料板的厚度 可在 0. 3毫米至 4毫米之间,例如塑料板可以是由 0. 1毫米至 0. 3毫 米的 PVC与 0. 3毫米至 3. 5毫米的 ABS相复合所形成的复合片材;在 前盖 11或后盖 12的表面还可以设有以印刷方式产生的各种仿木纹或 仿大理石纹的构造,也可以覆盖一具有仿木紋或仿大理石紋构造的薄 膜。 填充体 13采用塑料发泡填充体。 内衬件 14采用管件或挤出型材, 并形成如图 5、 图 6所示的架 构, 内衬件 14是床头 1的加强框架, 包括一对床腿杆 141、 连接于 两床腿杆间的横杆 142、 靠背横杆 144、 连接于靠背横杆 144和床腿 横杆间 142的靠背支杆 143; 靠背支杆 143为两条, 其略呈弧型, 上 端向后弯曲, 靠背横杆 144水平弯曲连接在两靠背支杆 143的顶端, 填充体填 13充在加强框架内外, 将填充体 13及内衬件 14置于塑料 前盖 11与塑料后盖 12之间,并将前盖 11与后盖 12相互之间的叠合 处 111采用焊接或胶水粘接的方式相固定即构成一完整的床头 1, 其 靠背处为曲面。而后将床头 1以及采用此相同方式制作而成的床尾 2 分别与床板 3两端相固定则形成一吸塑床。
实施例二, 参见图 8至图 11所示, 本发明的一种吸塑床, 它包 括床头、床尾、床板,床板两端分别与床头、床尾可拆卸固定相联接; 与实施例一的不同之处在于,床头 4由前盖 41、后盖 42、填充体 43、 内衬件 44构成, 其中前盖 41、 后盖 42亦为吸塑或热压成型加工而 成的塑料前盖、 塑料后盖, 只是形状与实施例一的不同; 填充体 43 仍采用塑料发泡填充体;
内衬件 14亦为管件或挤出型材, 只是形成的构架不同, 如图 10 所示; 包括: 一对床腿杆 441、 连接于两靠背横杆间的横杆 442、 靠 背横杆 444, 靠背横杆 444为呈弧型, 两端部与床腿杆 441的上端部 连接;填充体 43填充在加强框架内, 将填充体 43及内衬件 44置于 塑料前盖 41与塑料后盖 42之间,并将前盖 41与后盖 42相互之间的 叠合处 411 釆用焊接或胶水粘接的方式相固定即构成一完整的床头 4, 而后将床头 4以及采用此相同方式制作而成的床尾分别与床板两 端相固定则形成一吸塑床。
如图 8、 11所示, 前盖 41和后盖 42均一体成型有凸凹图案, 前 盖 41和后盖 42的边缘处凸起, 将床腿杆 441和靠背横杆 444包容, 增加了床头的整体强度; 在前盖 41、 后盖 42中部均设有两个对称的 类方形凸起 412, 一是可以美化床头, 更重要的是可以起到加强筋的 作用, 增加床头靠背部的强度。
实施例三,参见图 12至图 14所示,本发明的一种吸塑床,其中, 床头 5由前盖 51、 后盖 52、 填充体 53、 内衬件 54构成; 与实施例 一的不同之处在于, 填充体 53为蜂窝纸内芯, 蜂窝纸内芯采用的是 单层蜂窝纸芯 531, 单层蜂窝纸芯 531垂直设置在前盖 51、 后盖 52 之间 (即蜂窝孔垂直于前后盖)。
实施例四, 参见图 15至图 16所示, 本发明的一种吸塑床, 与实 施例三的不同之处在于, 填充体 53所采用的蜂窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝 纸板, 其中单层蜂窝纸板 53由蜂窝纸芯 532、面纸 533、底纸 534组 成, 蜂窝纸芯 532夹于面纸 533与底纸 534之间, 并与面纸 533、 底 纸 534黏结相固定。
实施例五, 参见图 17所示, 本发明的一种吸塑床, 与实施例三 的不同之处在于, 前盖 51与后盖 52相互之间的叠合处为 511。
实施例六, 参见图 18至图 20所示, 本发明的一种吸塑床, 与实 施例三的不同之处在于, 填充体 53所采用的蜂窝纸内芯为双层蜂窝 纸板, 上层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯 5351、 面纸 5352、 底纸 5353组成, 蜂窝纸芯 5351夹于面纸 5352与底纸 5353之间, 并与面纸 5352、 底 纸 5353黏结相固定; 下层蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯 5361、面纸 5362、底 纸 5363组成,蜂窝纸芯 5361夹于面纸 5362与底纸 5363之间,并与 面纸 5362、 底纸 5363黏结相固定; 上、 下层蜂窝纸板之间采用黏结 相固定。
实施例七,参见图 21至图 22所示,本发明的一种吸塑床,其中, 床头 6由前盖 61、 后盖 62、 填充体 63、 内衬件 64构成, 与实施例 二的不同之处在于, 前盖 61、 后盖 62的形状与实施例二的前盖、 后 盖不同。
本发明的由前盖、后盖、填充体、 内衬件所构成的结构不仅可用 于制作床头、 床尾, 还可用于制作折叠沙发床的扶手和靠背。
工业实用性
本发明一种吸塑床的床头和床尾由前盖、后盖、填充体、 内衬件 所构成, 其前盖、后盖均可大批量工业化生产, 整体装配方便, 具有 良好的工业实用性。

Claims

权利要求
1.一种吸塑床,它包括床头、床尾、床板,床板两端分别与床头、 床尾可拆卸固定相联接; 其特征在于: 床头、 床尾是由前盖、 后盖、 填充体、 内衬件构成, 前盖、后盖为吸塑或热压成型加工而成的成形 体,填充体及内衬件置于前盖与后盖之间,前盖与后盖的边缘相互叠 合, 其叠合处固定相联接。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种吸塑床,其特征在于:所述的床头 内衬件为加强框架, 包括: 一对床腿杆、 连接于两床腿杆间的横杆、 靠背横杆、连接于靠背横杆和床腿横杆间的靠背支杆;填充体填充在 加强框架内外, 前盖和后盖吸塑成型将其整体包容, 形成床头。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的一种吸塑床,其特征在于:所述的靠背 支杆为两条, 其略呈弧型, 上端向后弯曲, 靠背横杆水平弯曲连接在 两靠背支杆的顶端,填充体填充在加强框架内外,前盖和后盖吸塑成 型将其整体包容, 形成靠背为弧面的床头。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 所述的床 头内衬件为加强框架, 包括: 一对床腿杆、连接于两靠背横杆间的横 杆、靠背横杆,靠背横杆为呈弧型,两端部与靠背横杆的上端部连接; 填充体填充在加强框架内外, 前盖和后盒或热压成型将其整体包容, 形成床头。
5.根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种吸塑床,其特征在于:所 述的前盖或后盖表面还可设有以印刷方式产生的各种仿木纹或仿大 理石紋的构造; 或覆盖一具有仿木紋或仿大理石紋构造的薄膜。
6. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 所述的前盖、后盖的形状为正方形或长方形或圆形或椭圆形或三角形 或多边形或异形。
7. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 戶方述的前盖或后盖可以为平面或曲面, 还可设有加强筋。
8. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 所述的内衬件为管件或挤出型材;或为管件或挤出型材和注塑件或五 金件所构成的复合体。
9. 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 所述的填充体为塑料发泡填充体或蜂窝纸内芯。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的一种吸塑床, 其特征在于: 所述的蜂 窝纸内芯为单层蜂窝纸芯或单层蜂窝纸板或多层蜂窝纸板,各层蜂窝 纸板之间黏结相固定; 其中蜂窝纸板由蜂窝纸芯、 面纸、 底纸组成, 蜂窝纸芯夹于面纸与底纸之间, 并与面纸、 底纸黏结相固定。
