Description

COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
Technical Field The present invention relates to a composition of a cosmetic and a manufacturing method thereof, and more particularly, to a composition of a cosmetic and a manufacturing method thereof which provides a mental stability and suppression effect, together with a skin health, when the cosmetic is applied, in which at least one selected from the group consisting of rose otto, neroli, clary sage, geranium, chamomile roman, juniper berry, lavender, sandalwood, majoram, and ylang ylang, cypress, bergamot, frankincense, palmarosa, lemon, vetiver, spikenud, and almond, and the combination thereof all of which are known and widely applied as substances efficacious for neuromental diseases such as depression, insomnia, mental fatigue, stress, and autism (refer to Kurt Schnaubelt: 'Medical Aromatherapy' [Frog Ltd.], Gabriel Mojay: 'Aroma therapy for Healing the Spirit ' [Healing Arts Press], Kurt Schnaubelt: 'Advanced Aromatherapy' [Healing Arts Press] ) among natural essential oils which are safe to the human body and widely used for an aroma therapy is stably contained in a liquid or fluid cosmetic, through a stable oil and water emulsion, instead of existing aromatic agents which is widely used as a composition of cosmetics for a simple aesthetic function. More preferably, the essential oils includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a rose lotto oil of 0-25%, a neroli oil of 0-25%, a clary sage oil of 0-25%, a chamomile oil of 0-17%, a lavender oil of 0-25%, a sandalwood oil of 0-34%, a majoram oil of 0-30%, a ylang ylang oil of 0-6%, a cypress oil 0-17%, a berga ot oil of 0-9%, a frankincense oil of 0-25%, a palmarosa oil of 0-10%, a lemon oil of 0-9%, a vetiver oil of 0-17%, a spikenud oil of 0-9%, and an almond oil of 50%, and a combination thereof.
Background Art The enforcing methods of existing aroma therapy are largely classified into a massage method, an inhalation method, a bath method, a wet plaster method, and a steam method (refer to Gabriel Mojay: 'Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit' [Healing Arts Press] ) . 1. Massage method A massage method is an effective method deserving of being called a flower of aroma therapy, which is effective for relaxing the body, recovering fatigue, and silencing the mind. When a massage is performed with essential oils diluted with a carrier oil, aromatic components having passed through the skin influence the human body, and a volatile aromatic agent influences the emotional state via an organ of smell, which provides the same effect as that of the bath method. When a massage is served, oils are slowly smeared into the skin and passes through each layer of the skin, in which case the oils are spread into the wider portion due to the diluted carrier oil and apt to transmit the skin. 2. Inhalation method An inhalation method is a method of breathing perfumes via the nose. The inhalation method is specially effective for a respiratory disease, a paranasal a sinusitis, an asthma, a cold, a cough, a headache, a migraine, and so on. The inhaled oil particles mitigates symptoms immediately in most cases. 3. Bath method A bath method can be applied most effectively in home, in which a bathtub is filled with water and then ten to twenty drops of aroma essential oils are mixed in the water, in order to make a user have a bath for fifteen to twenty minutes. The bath method is classified into a full-body bath dipping a full-body in water, a lower-half-body bath dipping a lower-half-body in water, a sitz bath, a leg-part bath, an aroma sauna, and a spa. . Wet plaster method A wet plaster method is to apply a poultice on each part of the human body when it is difficult to apply a massage on the whole body, in which a compress pack is concentratively applied on an affected part of the body in order to remove a fatigue, improve a blood circulation, mitigate a pain, remove a congestion of blood, and treat an inflammation, effectively. 5. Steam method A professional terminology of a steam method is a facial steam method, in which aroma steam is applied to the face to help a beauty of the face. The steam method is similar to the inhalation method, but absorbs steam applied on the face not through the nose but through the skin. However, the above-described existing aromatherapies are difficult to apply them onto the human body. These difficulties can be solved by making essential oils contained in cosmetics through emulsification in order to convenience an application of an aromatherapy.
Disclosure of the Invention To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a composition of a cosmetic and a manufacturing method thereof which provides a mental stability and suppression effect, together with a skin health, when the cosmetic is applied, in which at least one or a combination of essential oils is contained in a cosmetic for use in a beauty of the skin through a liposome using a blend of the essential oils, all of which are known and widely applied as substances efficacious for neuromental diseases such as depression, insomnia, mental fatigue, stress, and autism (refer to 'alteration of Perceived Fragrance of Essential Oils in Relation to Type of Work: a Simple Screening Test for Efficacy of Aroma' Chem. Senses 1999;24:415-421, 'Studies on the Mode of Action of the Essential Oil of Lavender' Phytother. Res. 1999;13:540-542, 'Psychological effects of aromatherapy on chronic hemodialysis patients ' Psychiatry and Clinical Neuroscience 2000; 54 (4 ): 393, 'The Sedative Effects and Mechanism of Action of Cedrol Inhalation with Behavioral Pharmacological Evaluation' Planta Med 2003; 69: 637-641, λPsycho-neuro-immunological treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma with major depression—a single case report. Home Health Nurse. 1998 Feb; 16 (2 ) : 123-6, 'Essential oils and 'aromatherapy': their role in healing.' J R Soc Health. 1997 Dec; 117 ( 6) : 400 ) . To accomplish the above objects of the present invention, there is provided a composition of a cosmetic and a manufacturing method thereof which provides a mental stability and suppression effect, together with a skin health, when the cosmetic is applied to the human body, in which at least one selected from the group consisting of rose otto, neroli, clary sage, geranium, chamomile roman, juniper berry, lavender, sandalwood, majoram, ylang ylang, cypress, bergamot, frankincense, palmarosa, lemon, vetiver, spikenud, and almond, and a combination thereof all of which are known and widely applied as substances efficacious for neuromental diseases such as depression, insomnia, mental fatigue, stress, and autism. Preferably, the essential oils includes at least one selected from the group consisting of a rose lotto oil of 0-25%, a neroli oil of 0-25%, a clary sage oil of 0-25%, a chamomile oil of 0-17%, a lavender oil of 0-25%, a sandalwood oil of 0-34%, a ma oram oil of 0-30%, a ylang ylang oil of 0-6%, a cypress oil 0-17%, a bergamot oil of 0-9%, a frankincense oil of 0-25%, a palmarosa oil of 0-10%, a lemon oil of 0-9%, a vetiver oil of 0-17%, a spikenud oil of 0-9%, and an almond oil of 50%, and a combination thereof. In this application, a ' liposome composite' is a composition which is used for producing a liposome. In general, the "liposome" means a closed endoplasmic reticulum formed of a lipid double molecular membrane having a liquid phase where phospholipids are dispersed in water. The liposomes are produced by appropriately combining purified water with phospholipids such as lecithin and other water-soluble and water-insoluble components, as necessary. A variety of the compositions for producing the liposomes have been known. In the present invention, any known compositions can be used as a composite of the liposome composition. Essential oils of 5.00-50.00weight% are mixed in the known liposome composite, and are made into liposomes through a homogenizer, to thereby obtain a fluid-type composite of an essential oil contained liposome.

It adjusts secretion of sebum and thus can be used for the dried skin, the oiled skin, and the skin with the pimples. Also, it helps the scalp healthy and the hairs grow.
The essential oils which are known and widely applied as substances efficacious for neuromental diseases as described above have been blended at an appropriate ratio in the present invention and then the blended essential oils have been produced as an aromatic agent to be contained in a cosmetic. A cosmetic base which stably contains a combination of the essential oils and moisturizes and protects the skin follows.
Lecithin A lecithin is one of the living body constituents, and one of the main phospholipids constituting an animal cellular membrane system. It has a composition similar to components of the lipids on the skin. The lecithin has a structure that hydrophile property components such as phosphoric acid and choline is combined on one side of glycerol and the acyl group of the hydrophobic group is combined on the other side thereof. Thus, it is used as a surface active agent, mainly as an agent for softening foods or medicines. However, the molecular structure is too big to thus lower a softening stability, and forms a complex when it is used together with an ionized substance or makes a user feel coagulation or jerk during finish of a makeup. Therefore, it is not generally used in the cosmetics. Meanwhile, the lecithin is divided into a hydrogenated lecithin and unhydrogenated lecithin according to its structue. The hydrogenated lecithin has little color and smell change, and thus is widely used to stabilize formation of cosmetics. However, the unhydrogenated unsaturated lecithin has more frequent color and smell change than the saturated lecithin, but it is excellent for absorption into the skin, a soft quality in use, and formation of liposome and a softening capability. Thus, the unhydrogenated unsaturated lecithin has a merit of making an emulsifying product easily. The present invention has accomplish the object of the invention by using the unsaturated lecithin.
PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) A PDMS (polydimethylsiloxane) is inactive chemically and physiologically. The PDMS has no color and smell and is low-stimulative and low-sensitive and has a high-refractive index. Thus, it is superior to a non-silicon group in view of a gloss. It also has a low surface tension, and thus an excellent wetting property onto the skin, to thereby form a uniform skin film. Also, since it is effective for moisturizing the skin since it protects the moistures in the skin from being volatile. It has a good gas transmissivity, and a good lubrication property.
Annular Silicon An annular silicon has a volatibility having a small amount of evaporated latent heat in addition to the PDMS features. Thus, since the annular silicon has no cold feelings and the same volatile feature as that of the PDMS, it is excellent as a solvent for cosmetics. Octamethyl cyclotetrasil oxane, Decamethyl cyclopentasiloxane, Dodecamethyl cyclohexasiloxane, Hexamethyl cyclotrisiloxane (Dow Corning 345, Dow Corning 1401, Dow Corning 3225C) , and so on are used for a raw material of cosmetics.
Thickener (Gelling Agent) A hydrophile property gelling agent such as an acryl acid/ethylacrylate co-polymer and a carboxyvinyl polymer, for example, Carbopol 934, Carbopol 940, Carbopol 950, Carbopol 980, Carbopol 951, Carbopol 981 by B.F. Goodrich Company (CTFA named Carbomer 934, 940, 950, 980, 951, 981) is appropriately adopted in the present invention. The resin is chiefly formed of a colloidal and water-soluble polyalkenyl polyether cross-linked polymer of the acryl acid cross-linked with a cross-linking agent such as polyalisculose and polyalil pentaeritlitol of 0.75 to 2.00%. A product model Carbopol 1382 or Carbopol 1342 (CTFA named Carbomer 1382, 1342) is used in the present invention. The resin is a cross-linked polymer of alkilacrylate of 10-30% with acrylate .
EMBODIMENTS Aromatic oil blending Using various essential oils which are known as having an effect of lessening mental stresses in several references, a variety of compositions of essential oil blends have been found through a number of the inventor's experiences in order to enhance an effect of mitigating mental stresses. The essential oil blends having compositions determined as illustrated in Tables 1 and 2 are produced and prepared as aromatic materials to be used for manufacturing cosmetics. The compositions illustrated in Tables 1 and 2 are represented in the whole weight ratio (%) of the aromatic material. Table 1

Using a Homogenizer (Polytron Large Capacity Benchtop Homogenizers PT3100), lecithin is dispersed in distilled water, and then one of the aromatic material blends 1-13 is put into the lecithin-dispersed water. Using the homogenizer again, the lecithin-dispersed water mixed with the one aromatic material blend is dispersed at a driving speed of 1000—3000rpm, to then form a phase 'A' . The formed phase 'A' has been analyzed through a particle analyzer (SHIMADZU SLAD-2001) . As a result, it has been confirmed that liposome of 10-200mm has been formed as a distribution similar to the analyzed result of the phase 'A' of the embodiment 1 of FIG. 1. A phase 'B' is formed by mixing silicon fluids using the homogenizer. Benzilalcohol and glycerin obtained by dissolving methylparaben and labrafil are put into distilled water and then dispersed using the homogenizer, to thereby form a phase 'C. The phases 'B' and 'C are mixed and then Cabopol 940 and Cabopol 1382 are put there. Then, the phases ' B' and 'C put together with Cabopol 940 and Cabopol 1382 are mixed by using the homogenizer until the water-soluble polymer is dissolved. The phase 'A' is added into the mixture of the phases 'B' and 'C', and then mixed again at a speed of 1000-3000rpm. Then, a proper amount of triethanol amin is added and then mixed at a speed of lOOOrpm or less by using the homogenizer, to thereby form a lotion containing an aromatic material having an effect of removing stresses and tranquilizing the mind. Industrial Applicability
