Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé et un système qui permettent de protéger la sécurité personnelle d'une personne individuelle à l'aide d'une téléphone cellulaire et d'un système serveur (21) équipé d'un logiciel, qui sont capables de détecter une identification de poste appelant et qui possèdent des liaisons de données avec les opérateurs (13) de téléphones cellulaires mobiles leur permettant de déterminer la position d'appel d'un téléphone cellulaire particulier. Le serveur conserve des informations et données personnelles supplémentaires pré-enregistrées, qui sont ajoutées lorsqu'une alarme est automatiquement transmise à une centrale d'alarme (22) via des protocoles d'alarme standardisés. La réponse et l'action de la centrale d'alarme peuvent être configurées sur une base individuelle. Au lieu, ou en plus, de la transmission à la centrale d'alarme précitée, le message d'alarme peut être envoyé à une liste de destinataires prédéterminée par n'importe quel type de messagerie mobile.
