Abstract

L'invention concerne une broche (1) pour le col (12) du fémur (4) ainsi qu'un ensemble d'instruments pour insérer cette broche. Cette dernière présente une forme sensiblement tubulaire et est adaptée pour être insérée à partir du bas et à partir de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur de l'articulation, sensiblement en alignement axial avec le col (12) du fémur (4) à travers une ouverture (2b) qui traverse le cortex (2) du fémur (4). Cette broche présente une extrémité d'insertion antérieure effilée (7) et comporte une pluralité de trous traversants (5).
