Abstract

A rod (1) for the neck (12) of the femur (4) and an instrument set for insertion, which has a substantially tubular shape, is adapted to be inserted from below and from outside toward the inside of the articulation substantially in axial alignment with the neck (12) of the femur (4) through an opening (2b) that passes through the cortex (2) of the femur (4), which has a tapered front insertion end (7) and is crossed by a plurality of through holes (5).
