Abstract

Procédé de commande de débit binaire dans un système de radiodiffusion numérique (DAB), et dispositif et procédé de conversion du flux de média au moyen dudit procédé de commande. Le procédé de conversion du flux de média englobe les opérations suivantes: détermination du volume de données d'un flux de transmission d'images mobiles et calcul d'une valeur de longueur de flux (STL); calcul d'un volume de données devant faire l'objet d'un codage externe pour chaque intervalle entre trames d'émission DAB compte tenu de la valeur STL; codage externe de données avec une taille multiple d'une unité de paquet pour tout intervalle entre trames d'émission DAB de manière à maintenir le volume de données selon la valeur STL en moyenne ; et lecture du flux de transmission d'images mobiles à codage externe à hauteur du volume de données selon la valeur STL pour chaque intervalles entre trames d'émission DAB et émission du train de transmission d'images mobiles.
