Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé permettant de créer un espace stéréoscopique et à un appareil de jeux 3D stéréo, qui font appel à au moins deux images stéréoscopiques ou autostéréoscopiques dépendantes et différentes, qui sont superposées dans un même espace d'information de façon que les observateurs se trouvant sur les divers côtés d'une image en relief créée ne puissent visualiser que l'image qui leur est destinée. Pour ce faire, l'appareil de jeux selon l'invention comprend des systèmes réglant la position de la tête de l'observateur et deux dispositifs identiques possédant chacun un réseau de lentilles, un modulateur de polarisation spatial, et deux projecteurs formant des images dans le plan optique principal dudit réseau. Les réseaux optiques des deux dispositifs sont disposés de manière qu'ils forment un angle l'un par rapport à l'autre, et soient symétriques par rapport à un plan vertical. Les images stéréoscopiques sont commandées à l'aide d'ordinateurs.
