Description

大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架 技术领域 本发明涉及一种帐篷撑杆架, 尤指一种大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架。 背景技术 现有技术中, 大型帐的篷撑杆架与小型帐篷类似, 通常包括四根 柱杆及顶部支撑杆,而在每相邻两根柱杆之间还设置交叉支撑杆组以 利于收折(如图 1及图 1A所示)。 与小型帐篷不同的是, 在大型帐篷 的撑杆架中,每相邻两根柱杆之间设置至少两组的交叉支撑杆组, 撑 杆架在撑起之后, 四根柱杆与地面垂直, 且相邻两柱杆之间由两至三 组的交叉支撑杆组连接,之后再盖上帐篷布形成完整的帐篷。 不难看 出, 大型帐篷撑杆架的四根柱杆所承载的重量远远大于小型帐篷, 因 此较大的重量压于柱杆上时, 常使柱杆左右晃动, 而致使撑杆架不稳 固, 尤其当柱杆与地面垂直时, 这种现象更为明显。
为解决上述不足,有业者设计了一种柱杆内倾式的撑杆架, 如图 2所示, 这种大型内倾式帐篷的撑杆架在撑起后, 其四根柱杆向内倾 斜, 当帐篷顶部的重量下压后, 四根柱杆不是垂直的承受压力, 而是 底部外撑, 因此其支撑稳固性相当高, 柱杆不会左右晃动。 而为达到 柱杆内倾的目的, 此撑杆架采用的方案如图 2A所示, 该柱杆 1' 上 设置的活动滑座 4' 的连接凸耳 41' 较传统的 (如图 1A所示) 长, 而交叉支撑杆组 3' 的其中一斜支撑杆 31' 是铰接于该连接凸耳 41' 的外侧端, 因此, 当整个撑杆架撑起后, 四根柱杆 1' 受活动滑座 4' 的推顶, 使柱杆 的底部外撑, 从而形成柱杆内倾的形式 p 然而该 方案却也存在一定缺陷: 由于所述的连接凸耳 41' 较传统的长, 当 整个撑杆架收折后, 其四根柱杆 仍然为内倾的形式, 使收折后撑 杆架形成下大上小的梯形状, 因此收折后体积较大, 不利于收藏。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架, 其支撑后, 柱扞内倾, 而收折后, 柱杆垂直。
为实现上述目的, 本发明的技术解决方案是: 一种大型内倾式帐 篷撑杆架, 包括四根柱杆及顶部支撑杆, 而在每相邻两根柱杆之间设 置有交叉支撑杆组,该交叉支撑杆组由两根交叉铰接在一起的斜支撑 杆组成; 另在柱杆上活动设有活动滑座, 该活动滑座与相邻的交叉支 撑杆组的其中一斜支撑杆铰接在一起; 其中: 与活动滑座相铰接的交 叉支撑杆组的斜支撑杆, 自交叉点到与活动滑座的铰接点长度比该交 叉支撑杆组的其余交叉点到端部铰接点的长度长。
所述的大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架,在每两根柱杆之间设置有至少两 组的交叉支撑杆组。
所述的与活动滑座相铰接的交叉支撑杆组的斜支撑杆, 自交叉点 到与活动滑座的铰接点长度比该交叉支撑杆组的其余交叉点到端部 铰接点的长度长 2 - 8厘米。
采用上述方案后, 本发明在撑起后, 由于与活动滑座相连的斜支 撑杆由端部铰接点到交叉点的长度比其余的长,因此活动滑座将受该 斜支撑杆的推顶而向外, 进而带动柱杆的底部向外撑, 从而使柱杆在 撑起后形成向内倾斜的形式, 以达到支撑稳固的目的。
而本发明在收折时,由于各交叉支撑杆组的收拢作用而带动四根 柱杆向内收拢, 此时, 虽然与活动滑座相铰接的斜支撑杆的长度较另 一斜支撑杆的长度长, 但在收拢过程中, 该长度将继续带动活动滑座 沿着柱杆向下运动, 从而使柱杆呈垂直状态, 而整个撑杆架收折后则 为矩形结构, 因此其收折后的体积小, 不占用空间。 附图说明 图 1是习用大型帐篷撑杆架的示意图;

图 5是本发明另一实施例的立体示意图。 具体实施方式 如图 3所示, 本发明同样包括四根柱杆 1及顶部支撑杆 2, 而在 每相邻两根柱杆 1之间设置有至少两组(图中以三组为例)的交叉支 撑杆组 3, 以利于收折。 其中:
四根柱杆 1为可上下伸缩状,以进一步减小整个撑杆架的收折体 积; 而在四根柱杆 1上活动设有活动滑座 4, 活动滑座 4上设有连接 凸耳 41, 该连接凸耳 41与相邻的交叉支撑杆组 3的其中一斜支撑杆 31铰接在一起; 四根柱杆 1的顶端还设有固定座 5, 该固定座 5则分 别与相邻的顶部支撑杆 2与交叉支撑杆 2的另一斜支撑杆 32铰接在 一起。
交叉支撑杆组 3由两根交叉铰接在一起的斜支撑杆 31、 32组成, 而两根斜支撑杆 31、 32的两端又分别与相邻的另一交叉支撑杆组 3 或柱杆 1的活动滑座 4与固定座 5铰接。
所不同的是:与活动滑座 4相铰接的交叉支撑杆组 3的斜支撑杆 31 , 自交叉点到与活动滑座 4的铰接点长度 L1比该交叉支撑杆组 3 的其余交叉点到端部铰接点的长度 L长,一般以长 2 - 8厘米为最佳。
因此, 当整个撑杆架被撑起后, 由于 L1的长度比 L的长度长, 活动滑座 4将受斜支撑杆 31的推顶而向外, 进而带动柱杆 1的底部 向外撑, 从而使柱杆 1在撑起后形成向内倾的形式, 以达到支撑稳固 的目的。
如图 4所示, 本发明在收折时, 由于各交叉支撑杆组 3的收拢作 用而带动四根柱杆 1向内收拢, 此时, 虽然斜支撑杆 31的长度较另 一斜支撑杆 32的长度长, 但在收拢过程中, 该长度将继续带动活动 滑座 4沿着柱杆 1向下运动,从而使柱杆 1呈垂直状态, 而整个撑杆 架收折后则为矩形结构, 因此其收折后的体积小, 不占用空间。
本发明所述的交叉支撑杆组 3的数量可根据帐篷的大小而设置, 如图 5所示, 在相邻两根柱杆 1之间设置了两组的交叉支撑杆组 3。 也可采用其它形式, 如其中一对边为三组的交叉支撑杆组, 而另一对 边则为两组的交叉支撑杆组, 从而形成矩形结构的帐篷。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架, 包括四根柱杆及顶部支撑杆, 而在每相邻两根柱杆之间设置有交叉支撑杆组,该交叉支撑杆组由两 根交叉饺接在一起的斜支撑杆组成; 另在柱杆上活动设有活动滑座, 该活动滑座与相邻的交叉支撑杆组的其中一斜支撑杆铰接在一起; 其特征在于: 与活动滑座相铰接的交叉支撑杆组的斜支撑杆, 自 交叉点到与活动滑座的铰接点长度比该交叉支撑杆组的其余交叉点 到端部铰接点的长度长。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架, 其特征在于: 在每两根柱杆之间设置有至少两组的交叉支撑杆组。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的大型内倾式帐篷撑杆架, 其特征在于: 所述的与活动滑座相铰接的交叉支撑杆组的斜支撑杆, 自交叉点到与 活动滑座的铰接点长度比该交叉支撑杆组的其余交叉点到端部铰接 点的长度长 2 - 8厘米。
