不过 "天有不测风云", 生活中总是会有意外发生, 尽管今日科技的发达亦无法 避免。 而各种意外灾害经统计后得知, 又以火灾最常发生, 同样也是危及生命、 财产 损失最严重的, 且在世界各国皆有此认知, 无不设立消防装备及人员, 以避免社会造 成更多的生活财产损失。 由于人们群居的生活习性, 时常造成环境中狭道窄巷受到阻 碍, 同时在消防人员闻讯赶至现场前, 需先行准备消防装备与交通的时间, 这些都是 延迟黄金救灾时间的要素, 也是造成社区大火的主因。
众所周知 "星火可以燎原", 故若能在星火阶段能即予扑灭或控制火势, 彻底完 全掌握住救灾的黄金时段,相信许多社区大火就不至于发生或是可避免生产及财产的 损失了, 所以寻求治本之道, 应该是人人皆为消防员, 才能预防万一。 但以目前市面 上盛行的钢瓶灭火器, 一般民众因不熟悉使用方式, 而丧失了扑灭星火的最佳黄金时 段。
由此可见, 上述习用物品仍有诸多缺失, 不是一良善设计, 而亟待加以改良。 本案发明人鉴于上述习用灭火器所衍生的各项缺点, 乃亟思加以改良创新, 并经 多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件手榴弹式灭火器。
本发明基于此状特别研发设计的发明灭火器, 只要当火灾发生时, 将投掷弹丢进 火源中, 便可自动发挥灭火功能, 且本发明采用丢掷方式, 人们不需要太靠近火源, 所以不论老幼妇孺都会使用, 在无使用操作的障碍情况下, 便可发挥人人皆是消防员 的理想状况, 而星火便无法再燎原了。 发明内容
确 认本 本发明的目的在于提供一种手榴弹式灭火器, 其以手掷方式, 直接将本发明投掷 灾区火源中, 再经由本件手榴弹式灭火器的操作, 以最接近火源的有利位置, 将抑制 燃烧的化学物质直接向火源周围喷洒, 以扑灭火源, 达到消防的积极目的。
本发明的次一目的在于提供一种可让消防救灾人员不必冒着大火进入火场救灾, 减少了许多不必要危险的机率发生, 以可保障救灾人员的生命安全, 亦可提高救灾的 准确与效率的手榴弹式灭火器。
为实现上述发明目的, 本发明手榴弹式灭火器, 以手掷方式抛进火场中, 主要具 有两项重点设计: (一) 采用不倒翁原理设计的基座, 如此当灭火器抛进火场后, 其 便会自行站立, 再透过喷嘴才能有效发挥喷洒角度的功能; (二) 由多角度的感温喷 嘴的设计, 当本件手榴弹式灭火器于火场高温下燃烧, 由于结合其上的活盖是以焊锡 点焊方式固结, 在火场高温燃烧情况下, 焊锡点将会快速融化, 该喷嘴因受到内部 C02高压推挤, 会将活塞往上推挤, 该活盖即会同步受到喷嘴的顶持下, 在高温燃烧 后几秒钟内自动弹跳开,此时,喷嘴便自动浮上球体外,再利用喷口角度设计的因素, 而产生能使喷嘴自动旋转及喷洒药剂, 以达环绕四周灭火功能。
本发明所提供的手榴弹式灭火器,与其它现有技术相互比较时,更具有如下优点:
1 . 本发明提供一种以手掷方式的手榴弹式灭火器, 将本发明抛进火场中, 直接 将其瞄准落至灾区火源中心, 并利用该基座具有不倒翁原理的特性, 当灭火器抛进火 场后, 其便会自行站立, 便可自动发挥扑灭火源, 以达消防更积极的目的。
