Abstract

Cette invention concerne un oligonucléotique qui contient une séquence de base spécifique du gène de l'ARN ribosomique 16S d'une bactérie aérobie sporogène ou une séquence complémentaire à ladite séquence de base. La séquence de base spécifique susmentionnée est une séquence de base représentée par n'importe quelle séquence comprise entre SEQ ID NO:1 et SEQ ID NO:6. Cet oligonucléotide est utilisé comme amorce dans une réaction en chaîne de la polymérase, un acide nucléique préparé à partir d'une bactérie examinée à déterminer étant utilisé comme spécimen, lequel spécimen sert de modèle. Il est ainsi possible de déterminer si une bactérie examinée est une bactérie aérobie sporogène ou non sur la base de l'amplification d'un fragment d'ADN spécifique.
