Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil de conditionnement sous vide permettant de sceller des articles dans un sac plastique. Cet appareil comprend un couvercle conçu pour définir une chambre à vide lorsqu'il est mis en position fermée par rapport à un creux situé dans la base du dispositif. Le creux dans la partie inférieure du dispositif contient un élément de thermoscellage servant à sceller les contenus du sac une fois que le conditionnement sous vide est terminé. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'élément de thermoscellage est monté sur le couvercle du dispositif et vient en contact avec le sac sous vide lorsque le couvercle est en position fermée. Le positionnement de l'élément de thermoscellage réduit au minimum les pertes de matériau du sac en raison de la proximité de la fermeture par rapport à l'extrémité même du sac.
