Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Solarzellen oder Photodetektoren, insbesondere auf der Basis von organischen Polymeren, bestehend aus folgenden Schritten: - auf einer Elektrode wird eine erste organische n- oder p- leitende Halbleiterschicht aufgebracht, - auf der festen ersten organischen Halbleiterschicht wird eine zweite organische Halbleiterschicht mit der entsprechend anderen Leitfähigkeit aufgebracht, deren Lösungsmittel die erste organische Halbleiterschicht teilweise anlöst, so dass sich der erste Halbleiter mit dem zweiten Halbleiter vermischt und eine Bulk-Heterojunction-Mischschicht bildet, - eine zweite Elektrode wird gegenüberliegend zur ersten aufgebracht.
